Treated our yard since May 2023. Aaron told us that a virus killed every blade of St Augustin grass in our 30 year lawn. However, didn't effect our neighbor's yard. The good: Lawn treatments seem to be beneficial, but just started. The bad: Report on service was promised, but not received for almost a week later. Instructions included stated to water within 24-48 hours, but these were in the report received 1week after service. Wear and tear on lawn caused by dogs was reported. I do have 2 dogs but they stay in dog run with artificial turf. My grass was identified by technician as Bermuda, but in fact is St. Augustine. Called office during business hours and left voice mail request to return call. Talked to a person next day when I called again after receiving no return call. SUMMARY: I think the potential is there to provide good landscape service; however, if above issues are not corrected I will go elsewhere for my landscaping needs, and certainly could not recommend this company. , read more

If you hire them plan to be home to see what they actually do - they either over treated or didn't do as I paid them to do - do not do liquid aeration treatment - did absolutely nothing for my yard and person spraying it didn't even do all my yard - he was here maybe 10 minutes and that was for two services in which only one should have been done. My yard - zoysia - never looked worse - too much chemical used and they'll come even if yard doesn't really need any treatment. My yard got stressed and thin from too much treatment. Buyer be aware! I have used Gro Lawn at this house since early 2017. The first 18 months the service was ok and the lawn looked ok. In early 2019 the side yard started looking bad. After waiting for the first two treatment to take effect and the yard looking worse and worse, I called. I was told that the side yard was no longer included in my plan (who doesn't include their whole yard?) and if I wanted to add that back my cost per application would increase by 50%. It is apparent their are no ethics to how this firm does business. Now I have a mess of a yard and have to switch services. Do yourself a favor and use somebody else from the start! read more
