My car was overdue for an interior clean from my dogs and I knew that I wouldn't be able to clean it as good as it should be, especially due to the pet hair. I went online and was able to book it very quickly. I was able to pick the date and time. They offer 8 am or 1 pm. I took the 8 am, especially as it was summer and knew it would be cooler for them to work. I was pleasantly surprised when I started getting texts that morning on the status of their arrival. It was like I was getting an Instacart delivery! They were on-time to the minute, very polite, and answered all my questions. I knew the work that was ahead for them and felt bad, but also knew they had the right tools to clean the car correctly. About 3.5 hours later, they told me they were about done if I wanted to take a look and review. I had seen videos online of their work and in hindsight, I wish I could supply before and after pictures. I guess you just need to take my word for it that it was like a brand new car, minus the hefty price tag scent. Highly recommend, affordable, educated in what chemicals/ tools to use, and just so easy to do business with!

Very disappointed with how my recent situation was handled. I was hit inside the car wash. When I exited and asked for a manager, he came over, no apologies or even an "are you ok?" He said fill out this form and we will get back to you in 5-7 days after reviewing footage. I let him know twice that the operator seemed erratic when pulling in and seemed to be starting and stopping the belt several times. I was told "no, he's worked here for 20 years." I received an email 2 days later that they reviewed footage and have no fault of theirs. When I called customer service because I believed that is incorrect, nor do I want to put a claim against my own insurance, I was told "my file will be noted." The operator said "the car behind you put his car into "drive" after being stopped. Which, I find hard to believe considering we were about 25-30% through the wash and not at the entrance. Again, nobody seemed to care or offer any type of apologies, let alone compensation or ownership of any type. I have heard this is common that they pass the liability off if there is any type of accident. Very unhappy with the situation and how it was handled and considering cancelling monthly membership.

I have a very basic membership; that said the standard should be the same for all memberships regardless. The equipment holster is broken, many of the vacuums are not working or not there altogether. Things have definitely changed. When I inquired a few months ago, I was told they had complaints and were working on the situation, yet when I was there two days ago, nothing had changed.
