Never have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional! So I booked with Yas for my vacation lashes and she texted me two days before asking if I can come in the day of or day after for my service. I told her I couldn't and she never replied to my message saying she had to cancel the appointment ! I even still got a appointment reminder sent to my phone about my appointment today. I drove a whole hour down and when I got there I called multiple times and she never picked up. I texted saying I was here and she said she wasn't going to be able to make it. I then texted her asking why she didn't tell me beforehand and she said it was an emergency. Coincidence when she tried rescheduling me two days prior. I'm at loss for words ! I'm not really one to bash peoples business but I was nothing but kind to this business Thursday I received a text if I can come in asap to get my lash fill I was at work so I couldn't. Yas said it was fine no worries Friday comes and I receive a message saying she's running behind If I can go in a little later AGAIN I understood and said it was fine 5pm comes and no message no update on when to come in I then texted her I saw she's available Monday at 11 if it's fine that I go in and she responds that's perfect and she appreciates I took the time to find a date that works for me. 10:20am comes Monday morning she says she had a family emergency I understand stuff happens she said she will reschedule me she never bothers to give me a rescheduling date I would text her and she would not respond at all but posts on her Instagram she's available Thursday at 4 and 6 like seriously? So are you being selective on who you want to give your services to?You cancelled on me posting all day about your availability and you don't bother to remember you never gave me a rescheduling date?
