I've been coming here for a while and I had started to notice that the owner really just doesn't care about her business as much as she use to, there's been a few times when I have to tell her that she missed spots. Her thread is cheap and painful. This isn't the reason why I'm writing this today I specifically went in and told her that this weekend was my birthday so to please be careful and the first thing she did was mess them up she took off so much from the middle and made them super un even I'm just so sad honestly I don't get it. How does someone literally mess up eyebrows that were perfect in the first place all she had to do was clean them up. Im not sure what's going on maybe she should just get a young professional to work for her and she should just manage the place. Please be weary when coming here, I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

Rude women . I came in with a smile on my face they were both laying on their chairs looked at me when I said "hello i would like to get my brows done "and they both rolled their eyes did not even welcome me and I've been a repetitive customer for 1 year since they're right by the corner where I live . It's under new management. The lady who attended me was very sweet and did exactly as I told her I wanted my eyebrows. She kept the length long how I asked and fixed them up because one was just higher arched than the other. I've gone back 2 times going on my 3rd. read more

So upset yesterday I went to get my eyebrows cleaned I specifically said .. clean only !! I have struggled to grow out my eyebrows for years .. my eyebrows were tattooed years ago super thin and my hair grew in patches .. about 5 years ago I finally got a descent shape .. well yesterday I went in and I said please clean I'm letting them grow out.. she mentioned oh u have tattoo I said yes they are thin that's why I let them grow .well this lady the owner begins and when she finished I was in shock! how the fuck do you see someone go in with a nice shape and assume they want to come out with 2 thin ass lines !!!!! I told her what did you do I said clean only!! She told me it was my fault because I told her my tattoo I said what!! She kept repeating that to me over and over.. I was so upset I could hardly speak I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant and I can't get as upset as I wanted.. she kept saying I told you thin you said yes! I just walked out as she was trying to charge at the register.. then she said ok then no pay I said u fucked up my damn eyebrows I'm not paying and walked out!! I was crying in my truck for about 15 minutes.. i got home and couldn't figure out wtf to do read more

Never again am I coming here. I basically paid for nothing. Came in and told her I need a clean up and shape on my eyebrows and she literally did nothing. She said only clean a little next time I shape. Wth! Im paying for a service I should get what I ask for and I asked her again to shape them and she said no next time. Rude! Really bad customer service. My mom came here because she just happened to be in the area left her red and was very unprofessional. People would come in and she was just rude. Go somewhere else seriously. This lady is just trying to make her money for the day. She should worry about keeping the customer coming back. Honestly I dont low if there's more than one lady but that was enough for me not to want to get my eyebrows done and my mom said she would never come again. read more

Save your time. Don't come here they are very money hungry. Went here and two people where in front of me only one lady was working. They have you sign up your name, location, time u come in and what you come for which is use to keep tract on who is next but i never once seen her glance at it so how u know who is next? So I sit down (1st first red flag) but get a unexpected call I needed to answer it so I got up to step outside. I was caught off guard when she was threading one of the girls and stops to ask me you coming back and I said yes I need to answer this call. Anyway she gets done with the two people in front of me didn't even last 10 min on both she was done before you know it. My turn, she starts for those who go get their eyebrows threaded know they have u hold in between your eyebrows so she signals it to grab it but yanks my hand and places where it's suppose to be I thought it was rude the way she pulled my hand off and fixed it but I brushed it off. A client comes in asking how long and she's like I'm done and I'm like in my head ??? You just started? barely started working on my second eyebrow and the person was moving around and I guess she thought they where leaving that she was like two minutes two minutes I'm done and she legit rushed on my eyebrow and was like okay done we then walk over to the counter to pay she doesn't give me the price?? Until i ask and she's like 6 so i give her 6 ( I was going to tip) I always do. But her eyes went straight to my wallet and to see how much I had and her hand was so close to it and was basically at this point about to reach for my money no lie. She then expands her hand and was like its 6....but making a hand gesture to add more so I only give her 8 that's because she saw I had no more cash but I did it was just not visible for her... nor did I wanted to give her more for the service.
