Although brief, it was the worst office visit I've ever had at a State Farm office. The person making the appointment did not convey any information. When we arrived, we were directed to Caleb, who was unprepared for our visit and then unhelpful, directing us to call the SF 1-800 customer care number, and at the close unprofessional, speaking poorly of another SF agent. Later, after 10 minutes on the phone with SF customer care, we discovered the information Caleb gave us was inaccurate and could have been resolved in less than 30 seconds on the website instead of wasting my time for an in-person visit and lengthy customer service call. 2 stars instead of 1 for prompt (non-) service.
