So this is a long review but worth the read for anyone. So me and my wife have been having a hard time here lately and she got behind on her title pawn payment here at this location. She called Bryan (piece of s***) and made a payment arrangement for Friday (02/19/2021). Well while she's at work a repo truck pulls up and just snatched the car. An employee tried to tell him to stop so she could get her stuff out but he to him to "F*** Off" and attempted to run him over because he wouldn't move. Take note that she works at a local car dealership and this looked very bad on her along with very bad on TitleMax and the repo company. My children's car seats were in that car and I had no way to get them besides strapping them down as safe as possible in my truck. I called to let Bryan know I needed the car seats to safely pick up my children and I was told "I don't care. It's not my problem" and he disconnected the call. I attempted 6 time's to call him and talk to him after he hung up on me. But no answer. I called from a blocked number and he answered. When I said it was me, he disconnected it again. I was finally able to get in touch with the district manager who was a very calm, and collected man until I told him I was taking legal action against title max and Bryan Davis including getting the Rome Police Department involved along with filing civil action against them with the Floyd County Magistrate Court because they are refusing to tell me where the car is and they're refusing to give us our personal property that is in the car which is highly illegal. Along with that, they used a towing company that's illegally operating in Floyd County without a business license. Bryan is an absolute piece of s*** and should be fired for how he treats and talks to customers. But on a funny note, I told my friend about what happened and he works at Lowe's and said that the dumb*** (Bryan) had a flat tire lol. Karma is definitely a bi***. I will also be taking any legal action possible against Bryan no matter if it's just something simple and stupid or major. read more
