He approached the window and was told they were closed until 2pm. He explained it needed to be submitted in an hour. She rudely repeated they were closed. He said they didn't tell him that. She said there wasn't anything she could do to help him...she can't take specimens. What has happened to customer service...she could have offered to see if anyone with the lab was available....He went to another window...Check in...explained his problem and a very nice lady in a blue uniform said she would take it and see what she could do! Now...why couldn't the other woman do that!

I do have two main problems…read morewith that facility though: 1: continuity of care POOR due to revolving door of medical persons. 2: From my experiences drawing blood successfully is poor. 3. Going through their corporate site to leave a message is frustrating and time consuming (and message often incomplete). I gave it three stars only because of the doctor (I haven't seen her often) and a very good PA I have seen a few times. Otherwise 2 stars would of been my best possible score. Due to the negative issues I mentioned I chose to leave their practice. I feel continuity of care is very important.

If you're looking for a quality doctor's office that doesn't make you feel sicker just sitting there, this is the man to see. It is run by family, and they treat you like you're a part of it all. Dr. Hermann is originally from Maryland, and has lived in Southern California. We're not talking about someone who is stuck in his ways, and won't listen to your complaints. He's 100% open-minded, and won't overlook symptoms that make you feel uncomfortable just because it doesn't fit an original diagnosis.
