Terrible customer service, very slow to respond and terrible communication. They totally messed up the entire closing process from beginning to end. They even communicated to our lender the day before our scheduled Feb. 12 closing the wrong banking information which led us to wait for almost a half day just to get the deed recorded so we could get the keys. We had scheduled an U-Haul that day to take over some personal items and boxes and had to cancel due to their ignorance and poor professionalism. They also took it upon themselves to add in more money than was required to pay almost a half year in hoa fees without our permission. After the closing I sent an email telling them how unhappy and dissatisfied we were and they basically told us to go to hell.

This morning, I had a crisis on my hands and I had no idea what to do. You see, my 16 yr old…read morepartially blind and arthritic cat had gotten himself wedged into my wall of my bathroom and he wouldn't come out. First I called a plumber who said call 911 right away. They deferred me to Animal Control and they were no help. Having no idea what to do next, I called a local contractors office fully expecting to be put off. I couldn't have been more wrong. I had the great good fortune of having my call answered at 3-R Contracting by a kind gentleman named Lee who was immediately tuned in to my worry and concern. He knew just what to do and said he'd be right over. And he was. Literally minutes later, this clean-cut, smiling youg man was at my door with saw and a bendy neck camera (not the technical term but that's what it looked like) that could see around corners and within 10 minutes he had located my cat, knew just where to cut the drywall to get to him and helped me get him out without a scratch!! He even asked for a broom to clean up the drywall dust!! (Which of course I didn't give him I was so grateful!! Can you believe it?!) Then I asked what I owed him and he said, "Ma'am, the story is good enough, but can I get a picture of you two?" Of course we obliged. What an incredible gesture of kindness and generosity!! In this day and age I think we've become accustomed to expecting the worst from people.
