My husband was injured in an automobile accident and made a new patient appointment with Dr. Carr for 6 days out, for the following week. Dr. Carr's office did not call to confirm, so we called ourselves the day of the scheduled appointment. We were told that Dr. Carr would not be seeing or treating my husband and good luck finding someone else! The reason was a supposed missed appointment almost 3 years ago? I have been to many chiropractors in 3 states and choose my doctors with great care. I really appreciate the care I receive at Dr. Carr's office. He was able to adjust my spine the first visit and that has not previously been possible. He uses several different techniques for the frozen areas and successfully got my spine to adjust and relieve alot of pressure. I have had a severely swayed back that is straightening and as it does, areas of my spine need to be moved, unfrozen and adjusted. I am excited to have found Dr. Carr who enables me to make much progress in my realignment adventure! This was my first time to see Dr. Carr as I live out of town. When I called to see if I could get in I spoke to Rene at the front desk and told her I was in a lot of pain with my neck. I needed to downgrade my review because after my third and last adjustment with Dr. Carr he hurt my neck so badly that I was in a brace for a week and it's never been right since as most chiropractors are hesitant to even work on my neck due to the fusion. I had asked Dr. Carr if he was capable of adjusting my atlas and only my atlas (like my Green Valley chiropractor can) and he said yes. But his adjustment was one big yank that was at least two vertebra lower and my neck was jacked up for a long time. I had to drive a few days later to CA and could barely move my head to look behind me, and had to wear a brace the whole time with alternating ice packs. I will definitely never go back, which makes me sad to have this happen when I know he's capable and has helped many other people. Just a serious lack of conscientious care - in a hurry and treating me like I was on an assembly line. read more

I started with Dr Carr in September. He is the first chiropractor to get the pain in my lower back to go away. Before seeing him I could not stand still for more than a few minutes without feeling like my legs would not work if I took a step. He has also been working on my shoulder (at times it has been so bad that I have taken a cortisone shot) and it is doing better. I have finally 'graduated' to once a month. I got a Hoverboard for my 48 the birthday and unfortunately the night I got it the thing hovered right out from under me and I fell flat on my fanny. I woke up the next day and was so relieved I wasn't in pain but it caught up with me a few days later. I woke up and could barely walk.
