I came here on my birthday for a French tip manicure and pedicure (no acrylics) and still paid about $150 after my birthday discount. For that price, I expected excellent work. Instead, I left with white residue/stains on my nails and had to ask for several things to be fixed. I was already late for my birthday party and eventually stopped pointing things out because I felt they were rushing to get to other customers. When I went back about the white marks, I was told I could just wash my hands and that it would eventually come off. That wasn't the point, I came here so my nails would be perfect for my birthday that day, not so I'd have to fix them myself. To make matters worse, the very next day my French tip was already lifting. The pedicure was also disappointing. The leg massage lasted maybe a minute, there was no hot wax treatment, and the entire service felt rushed. I've paid almost half this much at other salons and received far better service and longer-lasting results. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this experience didn't. After three chances, I won't be returning. There are much better salons that offer better quality and value.

(Sent Raquel pictures for reference) I originally asked for a partial refund to go back to my previous lash tech because of the drive and I trust that with my original lash tech will do it right. Raquel the owner denied the partial refund and offered to fix it personally. I accepted hoping it'll be better. WRONG. No consideration with others time, Raquel got there late all snappy and wasn't even apologetic about being late. Looked at my lashes then attempted to discredit my complaint in front of her clients and employees. I was shocked. Raquel keeps talking and I was thinking to myself this not what I came for. I wanted them remove, done and leave. Finally, I decided to leave because nothing was done except upset me. Raquel then changed her tone asked me to stay and finally offered to remove my lashes and will schedule me for her next availability time. I called early in the A.M. to confirm if they accepted walk ins, which they do. I arrived around 4:30 pm and was promptly asked what I wanted done. After telling the nice young lady I wanted a roller set and no iron I was led to the wash area where I was shampooed and treated with a deep conditioner. I love people playing with my hair so I found the process relaxing and actually fast. I was then led to the dryer where I sat for 10-15 minutes with the deep conditioner. I then was rinsed and the magic began. Steffi asked me if I wanted a straight blowout or a roller set to which I told her I wanted the latter sans iron and full of body and movement. She got to work right away and with her magic super fast rolling I was all set in a matter of minutes. I looked in the mirror and I swear all I could think of was my nana when she used to rock the rollers on the weekend, ha! But girls, this is the key to beauty. Off to the dryer I went. I emerged about 35-40 minutes later well rested after dozing off for a bit. Steffi took out the rollers and started the round brush blowout and pin curling. By the time she was done, I was stoked at the results. I loved the volume, bounce, and shine. The whole process took about 1.5 hours but was so worth the time.
