He answered every question I had and to top it off, AT&W offers a manufacturer warranty on all the tints they install, due to being an official installer shop(3m and Llumar; the two I chose) Day of install, the team at AT&W were very welcoming and friendly. Offered water bottles and drinks in there waiting area and set up a portable cooler for customers waiting when the heat was coming in. Just watching them work, you can tell that the team knows what they are doing. Everyone helps and assists one another on various tasks in their shop and the workflow is very efficient. Their attention to detail and honesty is another very honorable characteristic to the shop. In my case, the rear window's film quality wasn't up to the standard of AT&W team and wasn't cooperating during the first lay, so they communicated the potential delay and redid the whole rear side rather then just sweeping it under the rug and rushing it.
