I was looking to get my 80K BMW M4 roof wrapped in black vinyl. I got many quotes from different places. They all ranged in about the same price, some slightly more, some slightly less expensive but all within the same ballpark. Impressive wrap mainly focuses on just vehicle wraps. It's their bread and butter and that's what they advertise themselves on. I decided to pick them over the rest because a shop that only does vehicle wraps and has been doing it for many years, must be doing a good job. My original order was to get my roof wrapped in Avery Gloss Black. I was advised to not get the 3M one because the 3M one has a orange peel texture. This is advice that I expected to hear from shops that only so vinyl wraps all day. So I trusted Diana, who is their front desk person, and went with Avery. I asked them about my antenna and roof rails. The antenna was going to be wrapped and usually they charge extra for roof rails but they will throw it in for free for me. To me I thought this was awesome. Now after a few hours later, this is where it all goes down hill. I got my car back and the black vinyl looked pretty good, a professional job indeed. When I took my car back to my house, I noticed in the light that the reflections have a heavy orange peel affect, I was advised by Diana that Avery doesn't have it. I email her and they get back to me that they didn't use Avery but instead used 3M because the Avery film wasn't lasting long. They did offer to redo the wrap in Avery, but I didn't want the vinyl to be removed and reapplied and take up more of my time. Upon closer inspection, I found some cuts on my roof, luckily I have paint protection film installed. I contacted Diana and she said to come bring it down and have a look. The guy who worked on my car came out and straight up said "this wasn't me, but if you want someone to blame, you can blame me". I asked how come this wasn't reported to me before working on to the car, the answer was "inside the lighting is different". My original complaint was that there was a cut on the rail area and they flat out said no. Upon closer inspection, I found another cut where the roof ends, same exact kind of cut. They were only willing to comp me a car wash and not re-do my PPF. That area of PPF is easily 900 dollars since it's one huge piece that runs from the front of the A pillars to the rear bumper. That was pretty poor customer service and not a friendly or inviting response. They have insurance and should have just filed a claim. Lastly, this takes the cake. A few days later, my car antenna falls off. This just speaks of poor Workman ship and terrible QC. They say they use glue and also 3M tape to hold the antenna. Obviously something was missed. They offered to fix it, but after my recent experience with their poor Workman ship, lack of accountability, I did not want them to touch my car again. Overall, this place needs work in terms of their customer service and quality control. Im just going to say I am glad I paid for this with my credit card so I can get my refund through my credit card because a refund was never even offered to me despite my horrible experience. read more

Not happy with them putting the 720 back together. They missed a few things that I had to catch by misfortune. They didn't reconnect the front sensor so I have an error beep everytime I come to a stop. I was in my way to bring it in and ended up with a flat tire on the way which cost me $1k in towing and a new tire. I didn't even get a chance to get it fixed yet by them. Probably won't because they are going to end up forgetting to connect my brakes I bet. My battery died and I need the manual keyhole which also wasn't reconnected by them so I have to tow it to mclaren now to have them fix it for an arm and leg. Who knows what else these sloppy guys forgot. Would've sucked more car had died somewhere far. I recommend going somewhere else. Moral of the story is your wrap could end up nice but a bunch of stuff won't be put back properly. read more

Took my car to get wrapped in inozetek. Jeff said he'd do some polishing on my front end to minimize any rock chips from showing through on the wrap. Sounded good so I agreed. He didn't say they would just low grit sandpaper by hand so you can see their finger marks and cut through the clear coat leaving my car like this. After removing the wrap to get fixed, their "prep work" required I repaint my entire front end. Jeff didn't take responsibility, apologize, or offer any credit for the damage by them. I'd never go back here and they way they do business lacks integrity. They were on the pricier side but people say you get what you pay for, but these guys aren't the right choice. Now I'm back to where I started, $4K lost on the wrap job, $3K to repaint my front end, and nothing to show other than an empty pocket. read more

Michael (the owner) made the process seamless and kept me updated with photos every step of the way. Quality work and quick turnaround time usually don't go together but these guys made it all possible as I needed my car back before the weekend. I tested the ceramic coat that same weekend to Vegas/Valley of Fire going through hail, rain, & bugs in the freeway that was quickly washed off and maintained its shine. My car was previously wrapped by another shop but I didn't like how the color came out. A friend referred me to Impressive Wrap due to the good results on his car. Therefore, walked into the shop for a quote on my car and they were very patient explaining to me how they wrap and the details they pay attention to. I had so many questions, especially about choosing the right exact color. As a note, the color of the wraps can change under different lighting and camera settings, so don't just follow whatever you see online! One of the employees, Diana, spent a lot of time with me to make sure I choose the right color this time. She showed me similar color tones from different brands and explained to me the difference between matte, satin, and metallic. After deciding to wrap with impressive, they were able to work with my tight timeline and just within a week, my car came out beautifully! I even got stopped on the road asking what color is my car. To be honest, there are a lot of car wrap shops out there that can probably offer cheaper service. However, wraps are not going to turn out perfect. LA drastic temperature changes can often cause lifting or small imperfections on the wrap. The difference in going with a responsible shop such as Impressive is that they offer a warranty and willing to fix these imperfections within a time frame after the install. I am very critical and detail focused, Raymond did a great job explaining what I should expect and when the job was done, WOW. It was perfect. No unnecessary seems, now stretch marks, the cut lines were perfectly concealed and it's very very hard to tell there is even a clear bra on the car. This is a review for a wrap Jeff did three years ago with his crew. Being a 21 year old girl at the time, I realized that they completely took advantage of me. I took my car in to get a black gloss vinyl wrap on the roof of my 3 series. As I was waiting in the waiting room Jeff comes out to inform me that his crew had dug into my roof with a sharp object they were using. At that point he told me I could come back another day so he could send me to his friend's shop to get my new car fixed but I drove an hour out of my way because I heard impressive wrap were "the best" so it wasn't a commute I could make whenever I wanted. Three years down the line my wrap is completely worn out and is turning white. I took it to a shop specializing in wraps and they informed me that they wouldn't touch my roof wrap because impressive wrapped had used the cheapest material out there and the wrap is now stuck to my paint.. if I try to peel the cheap vinyl wrap off now my paint will come off with it. Jeff promised me that the vinyl he used at his shop was the best quality but he stuck a cheap material on mine to get me out the door. Five stars doesn't mean it is necessarily the best option. My friend recommend this shop to me for Warp but I only did a interior detail first. I didn't expect this store to be really bad. First I choose deluxe interior detail including leather seats protection, they charged the same money but did not give the seat any cleaning beacause they said don't want to hurt the surface. Second, there are their handprints on my windshield. The central control cover of the interior is the place espically I opened for them to clean. As a result, they only help me close it and never cleaned. In this way, I never check my car in advance and pay them directly by cash, but they still charge $200 from my credit card. At the begining they said it was an authorization, but never give me refund in the end, and it appeared on my bill. This is simply fraud! I have already suggested my friend no longer choose this store, I hope my comments can help you not be deceived. read more

It saddens me that I have to do this, considering all in all- Diana the personal assistant has done her best to provide the upmost customer service. My wrap (after 3 months) is peeling or cut. I've attached a conversation with me and the owner. He simply proceeds to tell me that usually 2-3 weeks after is when minor issues come up. (As if I didn't come in 2-3 weeks after for my checkup & free car wash) then he passes me onto his assistant. I'd say that this issue is above her. No matter what she says, nothing can be resolved by somebody who simply does not own the company. He offered to fix these "minor" issues as if I didn't just pay an additional $1,000 for a brand new wrap (within 3 months) I felt cheated & disrespected considering I almost gave him future business. As he knows, I bought a new wrap. So clearly fixing my last one (pearl color) wouldn't have done anything. As a business owner this is a particular case he should have taken up as his own instead of passing it to his personal assistant. It's more understanding that I wrapped my car once & its fucked up so he "fixes" it. BUT, considering I bought new MATERIAL he thinks fixing my OLD one is gonna make me feel better. My experience over all with impressive wrap, is not the employees. It's clearly the greedy owners who seem to take more cars than they can handle (I've seen it first handed walking in) my job was rushed 100% & you can see the quality of the job. He offered me discounts in return for promotion, but at this point I would have much paid full. Instead of speaking with me & working with me directly to see what can be done so their customer can be satisfied- he decided to be adamant about just FIXING my old wrap. The location is close to my house so I decided to give them a call for an estimate. Spoke to Michael (Mike) on the phone and he was very friendly and informative. Based on their reviews and pictures and the price he quoted me, I did not hesitate to schedule an appointment. Dropped the car off at 1pm on the day of my appt and was greeted by Michael and he showed me the difference between 3M vs Avery and explained that Avery is a better choice due to the glossiness of the film, and it was actually cheaper. The choice was obvious. When I came back around 4pm, the first thought after seeing my roof was damn... "This is Impressive!" I carefully examined the weather strip, the shark fin antenna for any wrinkles or imperfections as I am very anal retentive when it comes to my car and I have to say the attention to detail was on point. Mike instructed me not to wash the car for a 3 day period so that was pretty much it. Jen working at the front desk was very friendly, professional and gave off a positive vibe. I got my car wrapped 4 years ago from impressive wrap I was highly satisfied and they did a good job on my car but over the time the wrap got ugly on my car I would take good care of the wrap it started getting dull and not shiny but the time I bought the wrap they told me it was the best wrap so I wanted to re-wrap my vehicle I took it back and they tried telling me it was gonna be a ridiculous amount to remove the wrap. I ended up removing the wrap and my paint was messed up it left my car yellow they told me it was caused from the adhesive from the glue when I contacted them to see what was the best route to go to fix the issue I felt like they were avoiding the situation I now ended up having to repaint my cars roof of my vehicle and it was a little over a 1,000 dollars I would highly recommend not wrapping your car and have the same mistake I had done to my BMW it's sad that my good review went bad and that they don't care about their clients I have sent many referrals to them now I would never recommend wrapping your vehicle read more

I got my windows tinted. I'm very satisfied with the results. After all, shoot out to jefree. He was friendly and welcoming. I went to pick up my car at 6pm but I had to wait a little longer because there was some complications with the rear window. They told me they tried to fix it (3 times!) This shows how dedicated they are with a small problem, in such as small task as tinting the windows. Although they offer bigger jobs, such as wrapping the entire car. However, due to a miscommunication between me and them (on how the wrap should be done), I did not approve of the work upon inspection. James came out to listen to what I had to say and asked me to come back the next business day to get it redone. I went back and they re-wrapped the grille for me the way I wanted it.
