I sent a couple of follow up messages and questions and Tony answered promptly every time. I set up an appointment to get my window tinted today, and was told it would take about an hour and a half. Cars are to be dropped off in the back entrance, which you can access by taking the back alley, and once you enter, you're shown to the waiting area while your car is being worked on. I was able to sit, relax, and wait. It was warm and I was hungry but also didn't want to venture outside so I stayed put while they worked on my car. Before I knew it, the car was done! Hello there. So I went to this shop Elite wraps to get overlay for headlights DRL and amber delete and they had some miscommunication after letting me drive to them over 42 miles that they don't have the overlay in stock so they had to make I custom. So I waited there for him to be back from lunch then waited over 2 hours to get this done and guess what, they cut too much from one side and it's not cut right, there's alot of misalignment and there's alot of bubbles there shown... also I will add more clear photos that they damage my wrap because they were using squeeze card on the amber delete area and seems like he went beyond and after it and touched my wrap and scratch it and can see it as my wrap is satin black it was done on both sides, one side looks weird not sure if they hit something and other side shows lines of the car there. Just be aware yall of this, don't ever leave until full check your car because if you leave then too late for anything. Basically I waited from the appointment time to 4:34pm to get this done and still wasn't satisfied at all. read more

Let's start off with no one wanted to bother to look at my car because it wasn't "worth" fixing is what most shops told me. I found elite wraps on Yelp and they asked me to bring it in. Tony is so informative and knows what he is doing. He explained everything as well as I can tell he wasn't trying to upsell me either because although he recommended better quality wraps he was honest and said I shouldn't go that route because of how bad my paint job was. Personally I've never gotten my car wrapped here but my sister had her Subaru fully wrapped from head to toe in army matte green. My sister needed her car to go to Las Vegas and she told the owner and he said "no problem" he finished it within 2 days!!!! We took our evolution to impressive wrap and they took about 2 months... Since he rushed it for us there were some small peeling on one side of the door panels but I let the owner know and he told us to bring it back after we got back from Vegas and we did, he fixed it up right away and that was the only issue we had. Also it was cheaper than other places. The wrap lasted 2 years without any issues then the car got totaled LOL! But overall Elite Wraps experience is 10/10. read more
