I do get the fact ALABAMA/AAA would prefer not to provide me service at all. I would just say have had membership with AAA before and never had the delays of service or misdirected information or blatant unfulfilled promised follow up of communication leading to unanswered service or unreimbursements. Maybe this will be the trend when I leave ALABAMA; However, I can say to-date I have never before received such poor service from any other AAA service provider outside of ALABAMA.
