Very overpriced chemicals and if you need them to install a pool or other service they are brutally unreliable. I do use them for water testing but avoid them for anything else since I was disappointed with the original pool installation they did for me. It started leaking a few days after the installation and the owner showed up with some plumbers putty instead of fixing it properly. To be honest I am shocked that they are still in business.

Annoyed, but leaving for vacation the next day and in the middle of a hectic work week, I okayed it. I then get another email that the price of the flowers is actually $10 more than I'd paid so can they charge my credit card? Uh, no...the price I paid was clearly stated on the website and on my invoice. If I'd okayed this I would now be paying an extra $9 in delivery plus an extra $10 for the flowers. So frustrated! At this point I call her from work to cancel the whole thing and she gives me some weak excuse about the site pricing changing, I didn't even get what she was trying to say. A reputable business would have realized it was their mistake and delivered the flowers for the agreed upon price. But nope, I guess they think they're entitled to randomly adjust prices after you've paid. Even better - after I got off the phone I had an email invoice for a totally different amount than I'd paid originally, and totally different from the inflated price the lady on the phone had quoted. No idea what that was. They did cancel my credit card payment.

Not knowing much about this store, I proceeded to ask for help. The lady told me the high chairs were on the 3 level, so off we went , up the stairs. When I got there, she showed me some beautiful chairs. I asked her to give me a ball park on the price and the cheapest high chair was $500! Oh my goodnes! Walmart had them for $50.00!! I literally turned around and walked out. On my way out, I noticed a few strollers for $1000. It was at that point when I started to RUN! WOW!
