Even though this note was clearly posted, she told me she would not check me in and instructed me to wait in front of the closed Door 200. I followed her instructions and waited there. Later, another staff member came looking for me and asked why I had not checked in at Door 201. She explained that she had been calling my name but could not find me. I then explained that I was told by the front desk staff member to wait in front of the closed Door 200 instead of checking in at Door 201. In contrast, her coworker with brown hair was very friendly and provided excellent assistance. This situation caused unnecessary confusion and delay, and it could have been easily avoided if I had been properly assisted.

During my appointment, I felt completely unheard. I tried to explain my symptoms and concerns, but I was repeatedly interrupted and dismissed before I could fully describe what was going on. It felt rushed and impersonal. What concerns me most is that when I later reviewed the visit notes, there were statements documented that I never said and very misleading. The notes included symptoms I did not report and omitted key concerns I clearly expressed. Accurate documentation is a basic and critical part of medical care, and seeing incorrect information in my chart was both frustrating and alarming. Good healthcare starts with listening. Unfortunately, I did not feel respected, taken seriously, or accurately represented. I hope this feedback encourages more attentive, patient-centered care in the future.

There new office is located off of Hillcrest Dr. in the Hillcrest business center. The office is small but nicely decorated and very well kept.
