The well maintained Mercedes SUV was extremely clean and comfortable. Orlando is such a pleasant man, helped with my luggage, enjoyed nice conversation on the ride, and he was extremely courteous. I flew out of LaGuardia on Sunday and returned on Tuesday morning. Orlando picked me up in New Fairfield in plenty of time to catch my flight and was at the airport waiting for me upon my return. Bottles of water are always in the vehicle along with snacks. There is also screens on the back of the front headrests if you want to watch movies during the ride to the airport. The fees for airport transport are comparable to what other companies in the area charge. For me, knowing that I can rely on airport transportation is very important which is why I will continue to choose Rosa Rides for my future travel plans which require flights from New York. Several days before the shuttle, I was asked to fill out a payment authorization form and submit a picture of my credit card. Within 24 hours of submitting that information, the card I used had a slew of fraudulent charges on it. I had to cancel that credit card. I submitted a new credit card for the reservation. A week later while I was out of the country, the second card I had used had a slew of fraudulent charges. I had to cancel that credit card as well. I was now stuck abroad with 0 credit cards as they had both been cancelled due to fraudulent activity. I canceled my return shuttle. This company either mishandles customer credit card information or does not adequately secure it. I will never use this shuttle service again.

They are not reliable and the driver was a no-show for our airport trip with the owner offering no assistance or compensation for having to call a last minute Uber and pay a much higher cost. I was very disappointed that we heard nothing until Scorpion tried to confirm they were picking me up at the airport. Needless to say, my trust was broken and I was not using them for my return from the airport. Again, no apologies for the previous week. Things happen, employees don't do their jobs. An apology would have gone a long way, an offer of compensation may have restored my faith. Buyer beware!
