Pros: The driver was on time, polite, and kind. The bus itself was spacious and met our needs as far as setting up bluetooth and playing music. The driver followed our itinerary well and was on time for pick ups and drop offs. Cons: On the way back home, the bus started smoking out of the AC vents - it became overheated in the 100+ degree temperatures. After a full afternoon of wineries and about 20 minutes away from our destination, all 13 women had to evacuate on the side of a country road in the middle of no where. We had to carry all our belongings (ice chests, etc) to a small dirt side road in sweltering 100 degree temperatures. The bus was unable to continue the journey, so we had to call ubers and get relatives/friends to come pick us up and take us the rest of the way. While I understand that things happen, I expected more from Sky 1 Limousine in regards to a refund. They offered to cover the costs of the Uber (there was only 1) and refund us for the final 30 minutes of the booking. That is a meager 1/13th of the total cost - over $2100 - which means we will be refunded just barely more than $100. The bus breaking down really put a damper on a wonderful day. We are lucky we had relatives who were willing and able to come get us, given the heat. If any of the women were especially heat-sensitive or had pre-existing conditions that made being out in the heat/ standing for a long period of time difficult, this could have been a much worse situation. I expected more from Sky 1 Limousine and I am extremely disappointed in the service we received. I would not recommend them to anyone moving forward.

The driver arrived on time, assisted with my luggage, and got me to the airport without incident, at what I thought to be a reasonable price. The return trip was a little different due to my having to wait for luggage which never arrived however, my driver understood and parked nearby, asking me to text him as soon as to I was ready for pickup. I'm uncertain of the financial consequences for delays in being picked up from SFO but if I were using Airport Taxi Cab Services again I'd read that fine print closely to ensure I do. Unlike the taxi transport services I used in Paris, neither of the cars I rode in were new but they were perfectly fine, and right-sized for my needs. No way a single Uber or Lyft could accommodate that. Abbas was the first to reply to my query and he too had the better rates, so I figured to give him a shot. Worth it! He patiently waited for us to get through the typical international airport red tape, his van was comfortably able to seat us and take our cargo, and we were off to the East Bay in no time. People started boarding the van and the driver was walking back and forth, calling the depot (I assume). 5 minutes later, another Blue Shuttle arrived and my party and I boarded the second shuttle. There were first shuttle passengers who could not board the first shuttle who walked back and forth, looking for a seat. Sigh. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company because we finally pulled off at 6:40, for a flight that was leaving at 8:41. We just made it in time for our flight.
