We were so pleased with the first service in December 2024 (service from Santa Cruz to San Francisco Airport) that we called on them again when we returned to the US in February 2025 and requested service from San Francisco Airport to Santa Cruz. They drove over highway 17 in a large luxury SUV safely and on the return trip our driver had to deal with super thick fog. I booked 5 Star CLS for a trip to Napa from SF and it was a great experience. Firstly, they have the best rates I could find in the Bay Area and a great range of vehicles at different price points. Our driver arrived on time and was very accommodating for any stops we needed to make and changing our drop off point. We were 12 people in a sprinter van that could fit up to 18. They had comfortable seats, drink holders, and ability to play your own music. Lastly, the booking process was very easy. I was able to communicate with the business via Yelp and make a reservation within a week's notice. FANTABULOUS!!! Andrew picked us up and dropped us off at our concert...came back and brought us home. He was kind, courteous, funny, punctual...he even apologized for roads being bumpy from construction. He paid attention to traffic and took us on an alternate route due to heavy traffic so we wouldn't be late. But the classiest part...when he dropped me off...my key wouldn't work in my front door. I had to wake up the house to get inside. Andrew waited until I got inside before he drove away. Terrible communication. We had two breast feeding moms that left their pumps in the van during an event after being told it was safe and the driver was not able to ever get back to find us. After and hour of trying to meet up with him, we ended up walking over two blocks from the venue to meet up with our driver. After reaching out to management we were gaslit into believing it was our fault for not buying vip parking for the bus to be able to pick us up on the concert grounds - even though this was never communicated to us. Some small gestures or the slightest bit of communication would have been very much appreciated as we've never been to the venue and they self proclaimed they do business there frequently. read more

I was under the impression we were getting a Mercedes sprinter van. Clarify your vehicle. The space however was just fine. On one hand I appreciated the drivers pace at getting us from place to place but others in my party were talking for days about how fast he drove and how rough the ride was. The next day we had an even larger bus with a different driver and experienced the same thing, so maybe it's normal out there. The roads can be small, windy and rough. Bring Dramamine! read more

Everything went well. The pickup was perfect, needed an extra 10 min. So then no problem I ask a little earlier pick up tbecause I am disabled and sometimes, not able to move too fast! Pickup was flawless too. The best part was that even though I am handicapped I was not given a hard time about taking 10 extra minutes to get myself into the car! I also found their rates were the best of all the other limo places who replied to my request for a quote! I had used Uber a couple times. One guy was so rude when I had trouble getting myself to his car fast enough threatened to leave me. I had let him know I was physically challenged and I was travelling alone. He finally agreed to take me but drove me from Walnut Creek to SFO in a terrifying manner. I let Uber know, they refunded me the money but it wasn't about that. I have taken Limos for years (my last driver retired after 20 years). I was so traumatized I will never take another Uber to the airport and I have had anxiety attacks for the first times trying to take an Uber since! So you can imagine that this limo service has been an answer to my prayers and I will hopefully be able to have this wonderful limo service (they deserve their name definitely 5 stars!!) on all my future trips!! read more

I have been meaning to leave a review since May. I rented a limo for 10 kids to go from Half Moon Bay down to Santa Cruz for prom. This company was very professional and setting everything up. The driver arrived right on time-actually a little bit early. He was so nice about us taking so many pictures. He waited for the kids while they were at prom and brought everyone home right on time. The driver was responsible and very nice to the kids. They had a great time. The next day dispatch called to settle up the bill and I was so surprised at how reasonable the cost was! AMAZING, would 100% recommend! PROS: customer service, attentiveness, response time, flexible, transparent, timeliness, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, overall service.. CONS: none I can think of in the moment.. Family was taking a trip to SF. I messaged 5 different transportation services. 5 star CLS Manager replied within the hour. He provided great customer service and was very transparent with prices, recommendations. Even went so far as to suggest we would not necessarily need their services (since I said we were renting a car at the hotel) and suggested if we were already renting a car at the hotel, there were also car rentals available at the airport. I thought that was really awesome as other places probably wouldn't have said anything. I decided to reserve a SUV for 6 total people, with luggage and wheelchair (though he suggested i reserve a slightly bigger vehicle). I changed the reservation to the one he suggested about a week before the trip. They were EXTREMELY accommodating and nice about it. 1-2 days before the trip, half of the family got sick and couldn't make it. So I had to change back to the SUV. AGAIN, they were probably annoyed as heck, but did not seem it at all over the phone. Vehicles and car seats were very clean.
