This item was sold on Ebay and the policy is very clear on returning items if you don't tamper with them. In this case, the CUSTOMER CHOSE to open the roll even though he said he believed it to have been tampered with. I strongly disagree with it ever being tampered with prior to him receiving it and opening it." I purchased the item with full intention of keeping it despite the fact that it had already been opened and resealed before I received it. It had 20 libertads in the roll and I was satisified that the coins were authentic. My entire point in writing the poor review was to indicate my disappointment with the fact that you (or someone before you) had clearly opened the roll before I received it. Yet you sold it as an "UNOPENED" roll.
