This item was sold on Ebay and the policy is very clear on returning items if you don't tamper with them. In this case, the CUSTOMER CHOSE to open the roll even though he said he believed it to have been tampered with. I strongly disagree with it ever being tampered with prior to him receiving it and opening it." They claim that they will be their when you choose to liquidate you silver or gold. I brought in two 100 oz. bars to liquidate for another investment. I had all the original paperwork on the purchase. This didn't end up being any quick process because we had history. Even the fact that their own name was stamped on the bars didn't make any difference. They still insisted on testing the bars and I didn't get that check until two weeks later. Nothing quick or seamless about it. In my view, they are not run professionally, regardless of what they say. If you plan to contact them to liquidate anything. Prepare yourself to wait. I think the problem is that they don't have the cash. They have to sell the metal to acquire the funds to make the payout. They work out of dumpy office near the Minneapolis airport. A couple years later, I took the rest of my 100 oz. bars to a coin shop and was able to exchange them for Silver Eagles on the spot. No jumping though flaming hoops.

Given that they had already charged me $200, I figured I should pay and walk away. If the staff at Gloria's Jewelry do not know how to size a ring, they shouldn't be in business. At all.
