Most recently I had two deer dressed and processed into marinated cutlets, smoke jalapeno & cheese sausage, green onion sausage, ground venison, and back strap steaks... overall, a really great job. They simply labeled all of my meat for easy reading and packaged it overall pretty well. There were some packs that were slightly pierced, so the vacuum seal did not stay; but the meat was frozen and okay. Another thought, their sausage packing was a little "loose" but you cannot knock the flavor it provided. I know everyone makes theirs a little different, so everyone has their own "taste" they prefer, but here they do a nice balance of seasoning, pork, and venison. Overall in the end I came out with A LOT of meat and it filled my freezer well. Next time I need to get my game dressed and processed, I will stop by here and bring it back to Austin again.

They have a great selection of sides (bbq beans, Mac and cheese, cobbler, coleslaw) and I try to pick something different each time. The green beans are a favorite. Usually, pulled pork is my go to BBQ meat, and it's good here. The brisket just outshines everything. They've recently started serving breakfast croissants (which look amazing) but we haven't tried those yet. They serve breakfast until 9am -- I'm retired, it's a 30 minute drive, and my coffee hasn't usually kicked in that early. Maybe one day I will set my alarm to make a point of trying breakfast. But meantime, you really can't go wrong here with the meats. Frankly, I'd probably be happy to just order up a pound of moist brisket and call it a day. They do bake their own bread. They serve cafeteria style and there's plenty of room inside and out for all your friends and family. Friendly atmosphere, clean, courteous staff. They've got it going on here.
