It needed work but all of it I could do myself and the price was unbeatable. $1700 was an absolute steal and it runs great and gives me little things to do every paycheck where I can do my modifications and upgrades. This car really brings me back to my 1981 GMC truck days and working on it with upgrades and mods. I really couldn't have asked for a better deal and it fit all my criteria perfectly. Shawn listened to me, got me exactly what I wanted, and gave me an incredible price. I have him now looking for my Porsche Cayenne 2014 in Blue. I'm sure it is only a matter of time! This is the weirdest place with the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have an old…read moremotorhome that needed service on both the chassis and a minor plumbing job on the interior. I'd contacted eight other places before this, and either they were too busy, didn't work on RVs, didn't work on vehicles that old, or didn't call me back. I spoke with Sky at Mobile Mechanic (A.K.A. Car Smart Services), who seemed friendly and understanding. He stated what they would do--which all sounded great--and that they'd have it back to me in a couple of days. Also, since I'm looking to sell the rig, he said that after they'd serviced it, they'd write up a document indicating whether everything was safe and in working order. After week, I called them. I talked to Sky again, who apologized that they kept putting other, more urgent jobs ahead of mine, but that they would get to it in another week. More time went by, with me checking in now and then. Two different times, they told me my vehicle was ready, and we made an appointment for me to pick it up. Each time, they called right before I arrived and said it wasn't quite ready, and could I come back tomorrow? No one at the shop speaks English, and they seem to have a different customer service person every time that would only communicate through WhatsApp or text messaging, either through my phone or via video call with a non-English speaker at the shop. Finally, after a month, I texted and said I was just going to pick up the rig, in whatever condition it was in. When I arrived, I found it boxed in behind a truck and a trailer, so it was irretrievable. A lady walked up to me and motioned that I should wait, while she was chatted on the phone in Spanish. I waited, and waited. Finally, she handed her phone to me to speak with another lady who spoke some English. She asked if I could return a couple of days later. Keep in mind that every time, I had to take off of work and impose upon a friend to drive out there. Finally, I returned to pick up and pay for the "service." The amount was $566.50, and I asked for a copy of the itemized invoice, so I could see precisely what I was charged for. That's normal, right???!!! I inspected the vehicle myself, and it seemed like the plumbing job hadn't been done (although one of the times they called to say the rig wasn't ready for pickup, they said they were ordering plumbing parts, which I did not see any evidence of during my inspection). They said the secretary was out of the office but would send me the itemized invoice the following Monday. I'll let you guess--did they send it? Hah! It's been a month since I paid the bill, and I still have no invoice. Now, no one there is responding to my calls or texts. I think they've blocked me. You would think that place was in Mexico, not Bozeman, MT! STAY AWAY!!!

We decided that we needed to have a mechanic take a look at and fix our pick. We pulled off the road to look up a nearby auto mechanic. We ended up calling Mobile Mechanic mt. The person on the phone ask if we needed a tow or if it was drivable. We said it was drivable and drove it to his location, which was only a couple miles away. He gave us a quick appraisal of what he believed the problems were, which turned out to be major. Their shop was full with more breakdowns coming in on tow trucks. Sky helped up find a nice RV park to stay for a day or two. Sky and his team washed down the pickups engine to verify the problem. We were kept posted of progress, as promised. Once they started on our vehicle, they worked on it continuously until if was complete, keeping us posted as promised. Thank you Sky and your team of experts. We made it back home in good shape thanks to Sky and his crew. If your car must break down, Bozeman ain't a bad place to do it when you have like Mobile Mechanic MT in Bozeman to help you out and get back on the road as soon as possible.

Three days after the purchase, maybe all of 8 miles of driving, engine light blinking. Mechanic found out codes had been cleared and also found several other issues. Got that fixed and now here we are with it once again in the shop with some pretty dangerous suspension issues. Havnt even registered it yet and its already costing me alot. What a dud. Hopfully at some point Ill be able to actually drive it, one stop it wont be making is Belgrade ressler.

The 3 dollar seal and 20 min of work has fixed it for almost a year now. They are also big on telling people they are overdue for maintenance. But when asked what is overdue they will give you a list of things that "could" be overdue.... overall just a shitty business that won't stand behind their work and has shady practices

I won a fitness band, but he had the audacity to offer me a $2 lottery ticket instead. The entire encounter was rushed and he tried to get me in and out as quick as possible saying as little as he could...treating me completely subhuman. I was just a task. This isn't how you treat people and I would never ever buy cars from a business that sends out scams. I'll take this review down the day you honor your original lottery pamphlet and hand me my $1000 Walmart gift card. I expect this from online scams but not from real people, especially in a small town. I am furious because you've wasted my time and my money. DESCUSTANG. We also talked to the Department of Justice about Green Light and learned that they have been fined numerous times. Green Light (Andy Santiago) sold a car to my parents and within five miles of driving it off the lot, it fell apart. It was so scary because my mom almost died on Bozeman hill.
