Think about that. How many auto dealerships will let you return a purchased car for 3 days? AND give you a 6 month 6k warranty? However my truck was returned to me with no coolant in the reservoir. I was mostly disappointed because I paid for a coolant flush and .refill and never got the full refill. I reached out explaining the situation and was told he would replace the gallon of coolant. Well 2-3 weeks later that has yet to happen. 1.2k to replace a upper radiator hose and oil change on a diesel to get half a*sed service and no follow through. 3rd update - dealership GM never reached out per owner comment. Coolant showed up on my door step but is the wrong coolant "yellow" truck takes orange and orange is what they put in it when returning it to me low. Absolutely mind blown and heart broken. I needed a strong dealership I can trust with my vehicles. I paid over 22k last year to my last dealership for PM maintenance and general repairs outside of my warranty. When I moved here I expected the same level of professionalism and expertise. After talking to some people around town this is standard service..

Times 10. the first interaction was back in 2023 when I went on a trip to Miami. I came back to find out my car had been towed, and it cost $2800 to bail it out after 4 days of storage. Absolutely unhinged. Then 1.5 years later, I got a ticket on the same vehicle in front of my house (which was off Babcock so high traffic and police presence). It said I had 3 days to move it. At the beginning of day 2, my friends came over to help me move it cuz I needed a jump and it was semi snowed in. This awf excuse for a company showed up day 2 and began to try to hook up. I called the cops, the cops told me the dude is just trying to do his job, nothing they can do, and they managed to tow it. IT COST ME $780 TO BAIL IT OUT 2 HOURS LATER!!!!!! I contacted the city officials about both situations and was told they have no say in the process this crooked company charges cuz they're the only ones with the space to house the vehicles. MORE THAN $3500 IN CHARGES FOR 4.1 DAYS OF STORAGE. I've never been more disgusted and irate in my entire life. I'm a Montana veteran, pay my bills and taxes, and this situation was one of the main reasons I moved. Though they'd prefer that anyways, Bozeman has become a millionaires paradise, all other peons can fall to the wayside. Bozexam has become a disgusting representation of what a city should be. SHAME ON BOZEMAN AND TOW ZONE DESERVES THE ABSOLUTE WORST KARMA!!!

I'd contacted eight other places before this, and either they were too busy, didn't work on RVs, didn't work on vehicles that old, or didn't call me back. I spoke with Sky at Mobile Mechanic (A.K.A. Car Smart Services), who seemed friendly and understanding. He stated what they would do--which all sounded great--and that they'd have it back to me in a couple of days. Also, since I'm looking to sell the rig, he said that after they'd serviced it, they'd write up a document indicating whether everything was safe and in working order. After week, I called them. I talked to Sky again, who apologized that they kept putting other, more urgent jobs ahead of mine, but that they would get to it in another week. More time went by, with me checking in now and then. Two different times, they told me my vehicle was ready, and we made an appointment for me to pick it up. Each time, they called right before I arrived and said it wasn't quite ready, and could I come back tomorrow? No one at the shop speaks English, and they seem to have a different customer service person every time that would only communicate through WhatsApp or text messaging, either through my phone or via video call with a non-English speaker at the shop. Finally, after a month, I texted and said I was just going to pick up the rig, in whatever condition it was in. When I arrived, I found it boxed in behind a truck and a trailer, so it was irretrievable. A lady walked up to me and motioned that I should wait, while she was chatted on the phone in Spanish. I waited, and waited. Finally, she handed her phone to me to speak with another lady who spoke some English. She asked if I could return a couple of days later. Keep in mind that every time, I had to take off of work and impose upon a friend to drive out there. Finally, I returned to pick up and pay for the "service." The amount was $566.50, and I asked for a copy of the itemized invoice, so I could see precisely what I was charged for. That's normal, right???!!! I inspected the vehicle myself, and it seemed like the plumbing job hadn't been done (although one of the times they called to say the rig wasn't ready for pickup, they said they were ordering plumbing parts, which I did not see any evidence of during my inspection). They said the secretary was out of the office but would send me the itemized invoice the following Monday. I'll let you guess--did they send it? Hah! It's been a month since I paid the bill, and I still have no invoice. Now, no one there is responding to my calls or texts. I think they've blocked me. You would think that place was in Mexico, not Bozeman, MT! STAY AWAY!!!

I immediately returned, but after a brief inspection I was told there was nothing wrong. When I left the shop, the warning alarm came on again. I called Auto Stop, explained that the warning had returned, and was again assured there was nothing wrong. I was told to wait and see if the alarm came on again after driving. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, and I could smell coolant burning on the hot engine. I made it home just before coolant began dripping from the vehicle. At that point, I had the van towed to another repair shop. The second shop found that the primary coolant hose from the reservoir to the engine had been installed incorrectly and was approximately 3/4 inch too short. They also discovered a second hose with a large bulge that was on the verge of rupturing. Both issues required immediate repair. What disappointed me most was not simply that mistakes were made, but that my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. After the warning alarm came on twice within minutes of leaving the shop, I expected a thorough inspection of the cooling system rather than reassurance that nothing was wrong. Because of the improper installation, I incurred more than $500 in additional repair costs, plus the cost of towing the vehicle to another shop. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Auto Stop. The quality of the installation, the lack of careful follow-up, and the poor customer service left me with significant additional expense and inconvenience.
