Over 150 vendors and all kinds of variety for gifting to others or treating yourself to something special. The voucher to use at any vendor was a plus and it didn't take me long to use mine. Several vendors had special deals for Yelp Elite members and some had no idea we had vouchers. I'm looking forward to future events like this one!

This was a fun event. I parked in the parking deck by the train station and had no issues getting a spot. I love going to art/craft fairs. I did find out that they are not connected to the large art/decor store in Santa Fe NM called Jackalope. I had a nice chat with the folks at the information booth before heading out to see everything. I brought my adult children with me. Our first stop was Sip, Bite, Repeat to get a beverage as it was toasty warm that day. I tried a "dirty soda" and loved it. It was a combination of Coke, coconut, lime and cream. I would get that again for sure. I wanted to check out the Naked Fig Soap and glad I did. I chatted with Madeline, the owner, and we talked ingredients. I ended up getting some stocking stuffers. I snagged some treats at Freeze Dried Freaks. That was a fun booth and had a great conversation with them. Our favorite stop was Uncle Tim's Cocktails. Being that both my kids are over 21 now, we all got to have a sample. The consensus was we needed to get a bottle of the Espresso Martini. I also picked up a set and another bottle as gifts. So many great vendors and items it would take too long to cover them all. I hope they come back to Arvada again, this was a great way to spend an afternoon.

A super cute art fair! Will definitely come back for the next one. Parking was so easy, free, and close to the event. The event was about 5 blocks and my favorite part was the chalk art competition. They had a great varsity of vendors, and everyone was so kind. The weather was amazing though a bit windy (I know they can't control this) and that made just strolling around so enjoyable! I spent my $10 on a salted caramel babka, and I am so happy with my purchase. My Yelp swag bag was so fun! And the Yelp freebies around the fair were awesome. I'm so glad I was able to make it!

What a fun art fest! There was no shortage of vendors here including a kids marketplace. The variety of products was really amazing. The only negative thing was the wind, a lot of the vendor goods were blowing over. The Elite Passport was a nice addition as it provided discounts and some freebies. Live music was a nice touch and added good ambience to the event. I also like that there was a kids station where they could decorate masks for no charge. I didn't partake in the food trucks, but it looked like there was a good selection. Overall I'd say this was a well organized event, family friendly and definitely something I would come back to!

What a great event!!! I have never been to Arvada old town so this was a great way to explore it. The info tent was where we picked up our awesome Yelp swag bag and your $10 credit toward a vendor in the festival. I walked around for a long time and made sure to stop by and use our free goodies and discounts. There were plenty of vendors with such unique crafts and items. They even had the sidewalk chalk art that is always fun to check out. Thank you Yelp and the Jackalope Art Festival. I had a wonderful time!

A fun morning with great smells, good eats, beautiful photography, and sites to see shopping along the way. Yelp information desk was easy to find with nice swag, a $10 credit to be used towards one of the booths, and a sheet with discounts at various places. Talked to nice people while strolling and had some samples of various things along the way - a fun morning. There was also a child's craft fair, which was unique. It was hard not to stroll through here without buying something from all of them young sales people. Go yelp.

What a fun art fair! The fact that it was in Arvada lent itself to smaller crowds than if it were in Denver, which I appreciated. There was a solid mix of vendors and they were all so friendly! It was a very family friendly atmosphere. My favorite section was the children's entrepreneur area-- the kids all did such an amazing job of marketing and selling their wares! Prices were pretty reasonable, and the swag bags were awesome!

I love any event in Olde Town Arvada and this event absolutely held up to that high standard. The vendor diversity and selection was wonderful! So many creative and lovely people selling their works of art, food, and clothing too. It was a perfect fall day. I will definitely go back to this arts fair next year. I also loved that it wasn't super crowded! The way the vendors were set up made for easy access to see everything. What a fun day!

Another cool event in Olde TownArvada. Craft crafts galore Everything from pottery to honey to fiber arts to mixed drinks, clothing, confections, posters, henna tattoos, , acoustic musicians and lots and lots of art. There are really lots of talented people an artists here. There's things for the kiddos and adults, what a family, friendly fun event and what a gorgeous day to be outside and enjoy Colorado's weather. Thanks Yelp squad for allowing me to experience something I probably wouldn't have gone to if it had not been for you. Oh, and there's lots and lots of food trucks. Yay.

We had the most amazing time at the Jackalope Arts fair! There were so much good food and other goodies. The Jerk Chicken Dumplings were standouts! I also got a nee necklace that is so cute and perfect for my style. Can't believe this exists in Arvada. Definitely opened my eyes to all the gems here in Oldtown!

It was a truly beautiful day to attend the Jackalope Arts Festival and such a treat to be a guest of the Yelp Elite Squad . Mother Nature was accommodating and the vendors were very friendly and welcoming. So much was available for sale, between handmade greeting cards and soaps to upcycled clothing, jewelry, home decor, and tasty local food. Every booth offered something unique, helping to knock off quite a bit on my gift giving shopping list. Always great to support local and much appreciation to Yelp for sponsoring.

When you combine the free parking, chalk artists, and variety of artists/booths this was a really great art event! It helped me discover so many local companies for the first time. I thought the special little "scavenger hunt" for yelp discounts was a fun idea, but it was a little difficult to find the vendors and keep track of who had discounts. The gift bag and $10 voucher were really nice especially since I bought several things from the vendors. Thank you to Matt and everyone involved with this event! I'm so glad I was able to connect with so many local companies in one space.

Living in SE Aurora, I wouldnt have thought to venture all the way to Arvada! THANKS to this Yelp Experience... not only did I learn about the Artisan Fair... but got to experience the talents of so many local arts... and even purchased items thanks to the Yelp Elite Passport discounts! Awesome time! Music and chalk arts, food and lots of amazing artists!

From the moment I walked in to the adieu at the end of the evening, it was perfection. I loved that we got a quick taste of the room's history (score! I picked the booth next to Napoleon's revolver collection) before sampling Palace Arms' menu. The fact that we got to sample every item was incredible. I am so glad I didn't eat a lot of the bread at bread service, so I had room. The first course--Gotham Greens Market salad had amazing flavor with the honey Dijon. I could eat that salad every day, and the Oysters Rockefeller were baked to perfection. Second course--it's hard to pick a favorite. The flatiron steak was tender and served with an amazing sauce au poivre, and the portobello mushrooms were a nice savory dish. Paired with the bottomless duck fat fries, yum! (Also, whose idea was it to bring those back out with dessert? Genius!) Last--the show of bananas foster was fun. Unfortunately, I am allergic to bananas, so I could only be a spectator, but I could share with others at the table. The Centennial cake was decadent, and I appreciated that I could take it home with the surprise macaroon. So appreciative that I was able to attend this fantastic event.

A rainy Tuesday night elevated at Palace Arms tonight!…read more I got resurrected from the waitlist to be part of tonight's high-end dinner only several hours before the gathering. The intervention from the Universe or what?? Once I got my party invitation, I put on one of my favorite cocktail dresses and off went downtown to be part of the magical night in August. I remember, one of the first few in-person Yelp events was at Brown Palace Hotel (it was the 2021 Yelpies.) All the memories from that wonderful night were still fresh and yet tonight's occasion was more intimate setting than that. Only about 50 Elites got together for an exclusive dinner party just for us (yes, the restaurant took a night off from the regular diners and opened up the place just for us.) The theme was "LE PALAIS FRITES: A TIMELESS FRENCH DINING EXPERIENCE". I knew it was going to be another night of gluttony (LOL!!) and yet who complains a lot of food? Absolutely NOBODY! Let's get into tonight's menu, shall we? Our dinner started out with Merlot (red) and Chardonnay (white) and they were both bottomless. I had to steer clear of alcohol tonight so the restaurant had a very yummy mocktail for non-drinkers and it was called "Ginger Peach". A good handful of Elites went with this non-alc option. And it was delicious! The bread (a bit like the Brioche bread) along with seasoned/salted butter was served before all the below started to appear with almost no break between the dishes: FIRST -Gotham Greens Market Salada (Honey-Dijion, Shaved Vegetable Crudites, Toasted Pecans). Simple salad with a game changer of toasted pecans. LOVED IT! -Palace Arms Classis Caesar. This is a staple at a/any dinner occasion. -Half Dozen Ice Cold East Coast Oysters -Half Dozen Broiled Oysters Rockefeller. Although I am not a huge fan of oysters in general, I appreciated these to be part of tonight's menu. NEXT -8oz Creekstone Flatiron Steak. Perfectly medium rare (closed to rare.) The brownish sauce underneath the steak was a cognac sauce. The sauce made this dish so magical is an understatement. -Half Chicken. What I liked about this dish was that there were a lots and lots of garlic in it. So tenderly cooked where it almost melted on my tongue. When I used some of them for the portobello mushrooms (that we got earlier), it elevated them (the mushrooms) to the next level. -Roasted Portobello Mushrooms. Very simply cooked and yet, I just LOVE mushrooms. Between the big players like the steak, chicken and lobster, they almost acted like a chaser to cleanse our palates. Quiet player and yet it was an important instrument in an orchestra type situation. -1.5lb Broiled Main Lobster Thermidor. This had the King Alaskan Crab Leg type presence. The presentation for this dish was quite nice. INCLUDES -Bottomless Duck Fat Fries. As the name says it all, it was bottomless. At our table, this was highly coveted item for the night. SIDES -Green Beans Almondine -Black Truffle Macaroni Gratin (I grew up eating gratin; my mom's favorite dish to make for us. Yum!!) At this point, we all were so full. And yet, we were forced to create another chamber in our stomachs for, not one, but two desserts! -9 Layer Brown Palace Centennial Cake. And while we were eating that, two wonderful female workers started to cook... -Palace Arms Bananas Foster right in front of us in the center of the dining room. Bananas were cooked in plenty of butter, brown sugar and spiced rum. And at the end, some scoops of vanilla ice cream were added. Goodness...we were fed again by generous Yelp. And they collaborated with the chefs and workers of the Palace Arms to create this magical and elevated feasting occasion. Grateful? Well, this simple word does not describe the appreciation we all Elites had tonight. Now we need to spread the word about this wonderful place to people that we know. We shall pay it forward!

You obviously don't have to purchase anything, but to complete the experience, it doesn't hurt to walk away with some chocolate. As good as it gets!" + SPACE: Mile High Station is a great venue for this Fest! It def embodies Colorado. It's a turn of the century steel and ironworks building that has been repurposed into and event space! Love the character. The only drawback here is the parking! The lot is super small. If you have a light-rail station near you I'd say take that to Mile High Stadium and walk over from there. It's not even a ten minute walk. + BREWERS: The line up is always fantastic! Obvs Colorado breweries dominate the show, but there's plenty of others in attendance too! Over the years I have even seen brewers from my hometown in Northern California in attendance. Colorado breweries often include names such as: Denver Beer Co, Stem Ciders, Crooked Stave, Grist, Wild Cider, Ratio Beerworks, Verboten, Weldworks, Strange Craft, Little Machine, Pikes Peak, Oscar Blues, and sooo many more. + FOOD TRUCKS: My personal favorite has been on-site for each Fest to date. Basic Kneads. It's pizza done awesome. Plus The Goods is usually on hand serving up some excellent smoked and grilled meats. Turkey leg anyone? + ENTERTAINMENT: There's a live band for each evening. This year featured Nevermind the 90's and Super Doppler. Usually the band is set up on a stage outside or in a tent area outside (depending on weather). They have speakers set up all around to ensure you can hear the tune regardless of where you are in the venue. + PRICE: At only $35 for general admission and $45 for VIP, I can safely say this is one of the cheapest Fests out there. But don't let the cheap cost fool you. They really deliver! A suggestion I would have for the future would be a two day pass offering. For those who want to check out both days of festivities. The proceeds from Denver Brew Fest support Swallow Hill Music. I know that I will continue to be a patron of the Denver Brew Fest in the years to come! Most def can't wait for the next Fest! Cheers! **Pro Tip: I HIGHLY recommend buying the VIP tickets. Why? 1) You get an extra hour to enjoy even more brews. 2) Less people during the VIP hour. 3) Special tappings are often offered by the brewers. Go ahead. Treat yo' self, you VIP you!
