The original fob on the right the Amazon fob on the left

I can't believe this. I went into yemm today to get my FOBs from Amazon. They told me they can't cut them because different metal or I had to pay for the damage to their key cutter. It's just they want me to buy their BULLSHIT FUCKING $100.00 FOBs plus the cutting plus programming the keys what will cost about $200.00 per FOB. So tell me do you see it the way I do it's a way to rip you off. Do you see anything different the the keys the one worn down is the original fob the other is from Amazon

Wow great service, Jeff Oeth picked up my car for an oil change and returned it. Couldn't of been easier.

I traded my car in to another dealer and applied to get my warranty back since I didn't use it. I get a check back for less than a quarter of what I paid for the extended warranty. After calling them 4 times after they kept on passing my call from person to person which they were supposed to call me back and never did I finally got someone who said that the warranty I signed was supposed to take affect after I bought my car which is not what they told me when I went to buy my car. They are scam artists!!! I was supposed to be covered under Toyota care. Beware if you buy their extended warranty. Most of the people that were there are gone. I will never buy anything from them again.

I was trying to buy a new Corolla for 10 days. After taking our car for appraisal they wouldn't give accurate final cost. We had a hard time trying to get key back after they drove the car for the appraise. They grouped all the taxes together and special fees one called a Government Fee. When I asked for the sales manager to call me to finalize he never would, for 2 days. Then all of sudden I get a e-mail telling me the car was sold. I was actively trying to make a purchase. They never called to give me a chance to make the purchase, they just sold to someone else. Very evasive...very unprofessional...be very, very careful in dealing with them.

READ THIS REVIEW!! I…read morepurchased a vehicle from Galesburg Ford. This has been the worst experience of my life. Their website says "Ford of Galesburg ALWAYS puts customers first"....This has been far from the truth. Let me explain my nightmare. I purchased the vehicle, was on my way home and was scrolling through all of the dash information...the oil was at 10% (Talked an employee of mine that bought a car from them 2 weeks prior, they did the same thing to him.). I have the vehicle for 4 days (drove it once after I bought it and left it in the garage for 3 days), service engine light comes on. Text the salesman that I dealt with and told him that I shouldn't have to be stuck with that bill. He said we can't get you in for 3 days, I told him that's fine since I thought it was something minor. Fast forward 5 hours, the car completely lost power on the highway with for my wife and 3 children. Thankfully she was able to fight the vehicle to the side of the road and she called me to pick her up. Got there and the vehicle had completely lost power and we couldn't even put the windows up. I got with the dealership and said it didn't make it until Friday like they thought it would and it broke down on the side of the highway. They told me they would bring me a loaner car and would have it towed that night. They even stopped by it after dropping me off the loaner car car to see what they could find out with it. Fast forward to the next day. My wife drove my truck to town to take the kids to the library and noticed that the vehicle was still sitting on the side of the road....to top it off, it was pouring down rain for 4 hours.....they left it sitting on the side of the road knowing the windows were down. I stopped by the dealership on my lunch break and told them that was absolutely unacceptable. Their Sales Manager came out and said "I'm sorry, our communication fell through". All of the electrical components are now compromised and all they said they can do is detail it for me after they get it back from the mechanical department. That's not how excessive water damage works, you can't just detail it out. That was 2.5 weeks ago, it still isn't fixed or detailed. I still have the loaner car. Talked to the Jeep dealership they had the car towed to in order to diagnose the issue. It was a recall for a Fuel Pump. They stated that it had an open recall for a position sensor when I bought it and that was it. It blew up and sent debris through the fuel system. The whole fuel system is now compromised and Jeep said that they won't know if it's fixable until they put the fuel pump on and try to start it. When I talked to the Jeep dealership, they said that it had 2 open recalls, not just the 1 Ford of Galesburg told me about. 2.5 weeks after not having it, I called and talked to the Sales Manager, he said there is nothing he can do at this point. I even offered to buy a more expensive Ford Explorer that cost $10K more, but he said they can't but the vehicle back and I would need to trade it in and take their used car price for it...my salesman friend from far away said that they can buy it back for what I paid for it, they just don't want to eat the bill. We will see if the Fuel Pump or the engine is blown, I'm within the Illinois buy back limit and they will have to give me what I paid for it. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere since they were no help and didn't want to make it right. Hard working Americans shouldn't have to deal with shady dealerships like this. I'm writing this review to try and save YOU a headache or money down the road. Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else.
