Explain to her what you want and she will put it into the contract. Rena writes the best contract we've ever seen. Everything is delineated. Her quote was in line with 4 other contractors. There are no "extra costs" or other "BS costs" if you explain exactly what you want / expect. Delivery: Armando (foreman) is amazing! He explained every step of the tear out process. He explained when it will be noisy, dusty, and loud. He explained what to expect when they pour concrete. Armando, and his large crew, went out of their way to minimize landscape / sprinkler damage. His crews, and Armando, are the hardest working folks we've ever seen. He will advise when they are going to arrive and how long they will work. Every time exactly as he advised. I didn't expect Craddock, with its relatively high-property-value location in the heart of the Medical District, to have the cheapest prices, but they did. Craddock's price was in some cases HALF of what other lumber yards quoted me (I wonder if those other places were upcharging because they realized they had the homeowner on the line and thought I was incapable of comparison shopping). I took a look on Yelp and found that these folks are close and convenient so I called for an estimate. So far in my estimate gathering I have found that their pricing seems pretty fair. They were not the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive. That impresses me even more because the metal they use on the frames and the motors they quoted me on seem to be of some of the top quality that are available currently. I also like that they repair as well as install, as I want to utilize a company that does both. My time with the estimator was very pleasant. He was professional and informative and he made sure I was aware of things I, or anyone shopping for gates, needs to be aware of before purchasing. I have not made a final decision yet, but when I do, I will update the review of the company I end up going with, along with photos on my new gate!

We had to call the police just to put this on record in case anything happened to our property because he kept texting me and calling/texting my husband. He even started calling and texting my husband at 12 am. He then went on to tell my husband he doesn't wear any pants in the relationship and shouldn't allow me to make any decisions. Read on... James had one of his workers take down the tree. The deal was to include grinding the stump down. The guy didn't do that, and the issue remained unresolved for quite some time. Finally, the guy came back and grinded the stump (not completely, but we didn't complain). The problem is, he left the grinded portions all over the yard in a giant mound. I spent time bagging it all up myself. Our regular lawn guy came around and charged us $80 to bag the rest. We informed James we would deduct the $80 from the total or he could complete other work to receive the remainder. He didn't like that. Crazy thing is, we have several mutual friends from high school somehow. My friends are quite normal, so I'm not sure who would hang out with someone like him. Check out these insane text messages where he wants to bring me on his boat, insults my character and my husband. These are only the ones he sent me. He also sent my husband insane texts. Oh, and he responds to the negative reviews with such venom. Make sure to check out his Google reviews. They are WILD!
