Offered to reschedule sometime the next week. This was after I had planned on the delivery, taken off work, and waited for 4 days, not contacting anyone else, becuase I was sure of the expected delivery. I can understand letting the driver decide it was too slick, that's a call on the driver. The lack of communication, unanswered phone calls, voicemail was full and we couldn't even leave a message, and then saying that since the driver cancelled the deliveries because it was too slick, we were welcome to come pick up the wood was the final nail in the coffin. I would not recommend them to anyone. I was able to make a call to another person, and got the wood delivered that afternoon. Even in the rain, when the temperature was dropping, and the other company was prompt, friendly, well priced, and he let me know when he was on his way, and when he arrived. Just one guy...how is that even possible?!? Overall, a terrible experience with Austin's Firewood. 1/10 would not eat. :(

The guys that come put the fertilizer on the lawn are just techs and don't know anything about lawns in general. I let him know several times they were not looking good, and he gave me some advice on a few things to do to help save them. Unfortunately they did not work, and Scott promised to return in the spring to replant them, since fall was approaching he said it would not be a good time to replant. He asked me to reach out in March. I reached out, was told the bushes would not be ready until April. I followed up in April, was ignored for a couple of weeks, and finally got a response from Scott that he had some family issues and would get back to me as soon as he could. A month later, I still had not heard back, so I have reached out now multiple times and continue to get ignored.
