I haven't used their service since 2015 and moved out of state so I thought they must've mixed up my old info with someone else's and I called to let them know they were either being scammed or something was wrong with their system. The person I assume is Macy was very rude and was convinced I was in the wrong by not paying their invoice. She was unwilling to listen and basically decided I was lying from just a phone number. At the end I just told her to remove my information from their system and to never call me again. So beware when you give them your information, they might accuse you of not paying for an invoice from a job that you never asked them to do.

I had tried to be patient though it was hard with the lack of communication. Loads of delays and even more excuses. At the end, I did express my frustration which is always a shame that it has to come to that so unnecessarily. But he finally came to complete it and the quality is the highest. My security doors are not only custom, but beautiful, installed properly and very safe. I got an extremely good job. With security of your home becoming a big issue these days, Bill could be a wealthy man because of his excellence of craftsmanship. He is talented and knows exactly how to do it right. But I fear his complete lack of business ethic will keep him from it. And that's a huge shame.

After many excuses they claimed they had already sent me the money through Zelle, which I never received. I then checked with BBB, and found other companies they also ripped off and never refunded their down payments. Looks like they make a habit of ripping off people. I learned never to give anyone a DOWN PAYMENT!

Decided to try Mesquite Plumbing/Mr. Rooter. We stayed home and waited for them to arrive. Late in the day they rescheduled for the next day. When they eventually arrived, the plumber looked at it and said that he would sour up an estimate. Thirty minutes later he presented the estimate for $1500 and another for $5000 to replace a non-leaking line by the street because the copper was "Green". Coincidentally, we just had that line replaced by Riddell for only $400, just 3 months ago when the city replaced our meter. I told the Mr. Rooter representative this and he told me that they do "by the Job" pricing vs. by the hour and that is why it cost so much. I paid him the $65 "service call charge" and sent him on his way. I then dug up the area around the valve and found a very small leak at one of the copper pipe junctions. Less than a half hour to fix for any decent plumber. I would literally be ashamed to operate a business in this type of predatory manner. If I didn't know something about plumbing, I would have been totally ripped off. BUYER BEWARE!

I have been using Carrollton Plumbing for several years so I have a history with them. I kind of gave them a blank check to find and fix the leak. This is not a thing I would do with any other business. (They did give me an estimate.) I have been bit by so many business in the 25 years here in Carrollton. Since finding Carrollton Plumbing several years ago I have had to call them several times and I trust them. They fixed my leaks. Yes more than one and made separate repairs that turned up while they were here. Something needs to be understood I am not related to and do not have any financial interest in Carrollton Plumbing. I recently received a water bill that was 4x the prior month, with not add'l water usage. I called CPS and the very next day they sent Luke and Jared out to test for leaks. The guys could have jumped straight into a more expense test with the main box, but instead they were methodically, went water device by water device (ie, sinks, faucets, washing machine, each toilet to see if any of those were leaking - also finding the fittings to my toilets were original to the 1983 house (which I had them replace - for a reasonable price). The last test proved (we hope - haven't' received a bill yet) was a leaky toilet. Yet they went ahead and then tested the main controller, first the house then the irrigation system. Fortunately, no pressure change - so all was good (whew!). Best of all Luke explained all the way through what he was doing and spoke in a way I could understand what he was doing. If they were a serious company, they should have several payment methods, not just Zelle.
