Over the years, the seats grew softer and softer, and more uncomfortable. We approached several repair shops in Fort Collins but were turned down. We contacted Gayle at Sparrow House of Design, not knowing she holds a degree in design and years of experience. The couch and loveseat are completely sewn, so no removing of the cushions. Gayle came to our house, disassembled the loveseat, trucked it to her studio, and a day later had it back to us with new high-density foam. A week later, she did the same with the sofa, and had it back that afternoon. Her work onsite was clean, fast and professional. The results were simply beyond our expectations. And the cost was much less than we had projected. We cannot recommend her too highly.

We have been spun in circles on both the California shutters and our wireless access points. First, the salesperson, Cole, dropped the ball on ordering the shutters so we had no window coverings for a month. Next, there were additional repairs to be done. We are on our third no-show today - 2.5 years later. Also, they have complete control of our routers (they installed access points throughout the house) to the point of requiring a service call to change the passwords. Same experience - no shows, getting shuttled around, and finally told to work with Comcast to make a new required router work with their system. 99% of the time we call, we receive voicemail with no return call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hoping to leave 0 stars if the system will allow.

Looking for master bathroom lights and mirrors. Walking into the store we were greeted and directed to the lights we were interested in. Spent 15 minutes looking. No one came to see if we needed help. Three employees, no customers except us and they couldn't be bothered. All staring at computer screens. It's really awkward and I'd rather just leave. I would not have posted, but this happened when I bought out door lights! I had to wait at the counter until someone finally offered to help. We were literally ignored. I spent over $2,500 (not much, but enough that you would think they'd show some interest). Loved the quality and why we came back. My guess is they work on large remodels or new construction and spend most of their time and effort working on large quotes. I'm sure we are his primary target to do business with but he treated us like we were. Everything did not go perfect, but they were mostly our mistakes and he treated them like they were his fault (even though they weren't). Quality of products: the cabinets were excellent. They aren't the super expensive custom built cabinets, but they were 10 times better than most of the big box stores. The are 3/4 ply all the way around, except the back. The shelves are solid and the soft close hardware is super easy to work. If you are assembling your own cabinets, make sure you ask him questions. The more complicated ones can be a bit of a head scratcher since the limited videos can be less than helpful....I wish I would have had time to make some of the assembly videos for future use. The countertop (quartz) turned out really well. The seams were very small and they matched the veins tastefully. Only improvements I can think they need is better assembly instructions for a few of the cabinets. That's it. Going to AMC might have been our best decision of the entire remodel. Don't take my word for it though, just stop in and talk to Sin to see for yourself.

My first initial call was with Lynne, who explained the entire process to me. She was super informative and friendly. At first I was a little skeptical but when Lynne told me it was cheaper than the one day remodel I was planning to do and they refinish laminate countertops (which is what we have in our bathroom) I figured it wouldn't hurt to get the free estimate. I mean, I wasn't gonna get a new countertop with the one day remodel. Tom came for the estimate and showed us the colors. At the time, we were definitely doing the shower and maybe thinking to do the countertop but once we saw the colors - we decided to do both for sure! Getting BOTH of those things done is HALF the cost of doing one of those one day shower remodels. And because we had money left over, we decided to add paint and a new shower door into the mix for a "no demo" bathroom reno! From there, the process was easy. I called the office to follow up with questions a few times and Sarah was so helpful and friendly - and then when Tad came out to do the job he was so professional, friendly, respectful of our house. Most of all his craftsmanship was excellent! He was clean an efficient, like he didn't leave a mess AT ALL. He left our upstairs exatly the way he found it. Thank you, Tad! My personal interactions were positive (okay, three stars) but the unwanted follow up by many other people has been very frustrating.
