Very professional from the ease to setup the appointment on line and only had to pay a $25 deposit to hold the appointment. Alex did a pre session interview taking notes about why I was there and what I hope to get from it. I had read that if your energy was very out, it is better to have 3 sessions of reiki in 6 weeks. I used 3 different therapists for this. After the session, he had a written form of what he found, what he did, and the outcome. Besides the chakras, he also diid a look at the rest of the body. He texted me a picture of the sheet the next day. He was very understanding about the fact my late soulmate is very protective of me and needed to be asked for me to have any hands.
