The atmosphere is so peaceful, luxurious, clean, and incredibly chic while still feeling warm and welcoming. As a postpartum mom, I've been battling hormonal acne and congestion, and Julianna gave me such an amazing experience from start to finish with my first Hydrafacial. She was incredibly kind, sensitive, compassionate, encouraging, and positive. She truly listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, boosted my confidence, and understood my needs throughout the entire appointment. Julianna is hands down one of the best estheticians I've ever experienced, with such a warm and amazing personality. When I arrived there were two women who barely spoke any English I told the one woman where my pain was and she just shook her head and said ok. She was terrible I had to tell her twice to do it harder, but she did not understand. When I was finished I ask her for change for a $20.00, so I could tip her. She gave me a 10 and two 5's I then asked for 5 ones and she refused she said I work for you; you give more money. I said OK I five ones and she NO I work hard you and took my $10.00. I am still in shock. I don't mind tipping in fact I am a big tipper, but in this case the business lied about having a male masseuse, and could not understand me in the room, but she sure understood more money.
