Dr. Yip is my favorite doctor! He is very caring and smart. He's helped both my husband and I lose and keep off significant weight.

Plenty of parking in the structure and the open lot behind it (free for the first 1.5 hours) but be prepared to walk a little since Costco customers keep the parking lot pretty full. For a much shorter walk, there is also a drop off location and paid Valet parking behind the building. Venue 4 stars: Beautiful building. Access via stairs on the side or an elevator behind the building. The lab which I visited has a separate entrance directly across the offices. Staff 4 stars: Most of my interaction was automated. Lab visits are walk-ins but you do need a referral from your UCLA doctor before you go. Once you enter, you sign in on a tablet and will then start getting text alerts on your phone. When you turn comes, the text will tell you which station to go to. Once you arrive at the station, you are greeted by a lab technician who logs you in and performs the necessary lab work. My lab technician was polite and efficient. Wait Time 4 stars: I am not sure if it is always this good, but I only waited 10 minutes. The Bottom Line 4 stars: A solid option in a pleasant and convenient location. Highly recommended!

What stands out the most is how he takes his time to really listen,he never rushes and always makes me feel heard and understood. He is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also compassionate and patient. He explains everything clearly, answers all my questions, and genuinely cares about my health and well-being. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such expertise with kindness and dedication. I also want to mention his staff, they are just as responsible, professional, and kind. The whole office is well organized, respectful, and always helpful, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free I feel very confident and comfortable under his care, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who truly puts patients first. Thank you, Dr. Arasheben, I really appreciate everything you do.

We found out ourselves as we got a new pcp and new insurance cards out of nowhere. Of course due to Dr. Arasheben's office not notifying us of this change, we ran out of medication refills and had to wait for an appointment with a new PCP. Additionally, while we were still with this doctor's office, they would require visits every 3 months just for medication refills which seemed like a money grab. Overall, I unfortunately don't recommend Thrive CMG.

Right in the middle of it, I turned 40. I noticed longer recovery times, more chronic pain. My wife and I navigated postpartum challenges, and as we looked deeper into these changes, I realized men's hormonal shifts are very real too. A "tough time" would be an understatement. Physically and mentally. Instead of trying traditional methods like SSRIs and their potential side effects, I looked into and decided I wanted to try TRT. After calling and visiting a few other TRT places in the area, The Man Clinic was exactly the thorough, no-nonsense team I needed. They got me in quickly, labs, and I was off and running. The X factor at this place: BIG shoutout to Eli, who helped me navigate some initial (user error) side effects. I called in with a few questions and concerns. He "met me where I was", answered all my questions and reassured me that my experience is typical and all would be well in short order. He was right. He KNOWS his $h!t. The thing that stuck with me... I called on a Friday, RIGHT at closing time, and he answered. But he then gave me a ring on Monday, just to see how I was feeling. He simply didn't have to do this. Class act. In addition to the Doc and the rest of the team, he solidified my staying with Man Clinic for these years, and they're lucky to have him. I feel like TMC is an ace up my sleeve. I felt compelled to write and share, because I can recall reading numerous reviews to help me decide where to start this journey. If that's you, you can breathe a sigh of relief and stop your search. They get it. And will take great care of you. I'm really glad I decided to start TRT, and grateful to have found The Man Clinic. Good luck, Gents.
