I had actually contacted a few other companies that advertised they worked on freezers. However, they did not. The second company I called gave me Falero Appliances phone number. Mr. Blanco returned my call quickly, showed up exactly on time, and answered all my questions. My freezer is a bit older, so I was not confident about spending too much money on it. However, he assured me that the freezer I had was a great product and would be hard to duplicate With the products on the market today. He did have to special order the partas soon as he got it, we set up a time and once again he was right on time. The freezer has been working flawlessly ever since.

After meeting with the other companies, I decided that I wanted to go with Airheads, their price and service maintenance package proved to be the best out of all the others. I am so VERY HAPPY that I made the decision to go with Airheads! From the time that I placed my call, then met with their Sales individual, to the office personnel, and then to the A/C technicians, I felt so comfortable in making that decision. When the new unit got shot with the hurricane two years after install, the whole thing was replaced under warranty. I recommend them to anyone who even just whispers they need an AC guy.
