The good: You will see results! I got a facial from here as a gift from my in laws. First time customers get 50% off! I ended up getting a $250 facial that was $110 afterward due to discounts. It was a facial that used ultrasound (I believe she said ultrasound after I asked if it was UV) to "wake up your collagen." Whatever it was, my face looked dewy and had that glass skin appearance to it. My nose was blackhead free. It's been a week already and my skin still looks really good. With other facials I got the results didn't last long or I ended up breaking out afterward but it wasn't the case here! My skin is smoother and brighter. I liked the studio setting and warmed bed option. I also got to use a leg massaging mechanical compression stocking that was nice. YG's skin was flawless and beautiful so that was reassuring! You also get an arm massage and a free skin product sample. The bad: I originally booked a July date and their online website said they were available but my appointment got canceled after I booked it because they actually weren't free. I ended up having to book in August. The online services are just "guidelines" and when you're booking you may not actually be booking what you intended because YJ said she needs to consult with you and inspect your skin and give recommendations before proceeding. There were some blackheads at the bottom of my nose closest to my mouth because I think that area isn't visible from the worker's eye when they're sitting on top of your head and looking down. The extraction here hurt a little more than other places I've gotten them at. The compression stocking machine is a little uncomfortable on the feet. YJ first pushed back my appointment by 15 minutes and then pushed it back further another 15 minutes the day of the appointment. She did make it up to me by giving me a $15 discount. The interesting: She offers a deal that is basically around $100 per session if you buy ten sessions (over 50% discount). There are also family pack specials. If I weren't trying to budget now I would totally opt for this because I strongly believe this place is the best facial salon I've been to and I have faith my skin would stay improved and look amazing with repeated visits. read more
