While…read moreI can't speak for every doctor in the practice, I've worked directly with Dr. Rena Vakay, and she's been excellent--professional, thorough, and very attentive. The staff truly makes this office stand out. Tonia at the front desk is incredibly helpful with scheduling and logistics and genuinely tries to make things easy for patients. On the clinical side, I worked closely with Christina, who assisted with my temporary crowns and works closely with Dr. Vakay. What really stood out to me was that after learning I was having surgery (unrelated to dental work), Christina actually reached out afterward to check on how I was doing. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and says a lot about the people in this office. I also worked with Rose, who was equally careful, precise, and kind. Overall, this is a professional, caring team that clearly goes above and beyond for their patients. I'm very glad I found this office and would absolutely recommend them.

To start, the front desk staff is kind and accommodating to your schedule. I have had to schedule and re-schedule appointments, and they always answer and return calls quickly. When I check in for appointments, I am seen earlier than my appointments sometimes! The dental hygienists are also very friendly and explain every part of the appointment. They are prompt with the services, but also coordinate so you see the doctor quickly when you are done having your teeth cleaned. I couldn't really tell at first, but as soon as I went to eat something, boy my entire jaw was off-kilter. It was very painful. The staff there spoke broken English and I could barely understand what they were saying. They were nice enough, but the work was really sub-par. My one filling has now fell out, this has never happened with any other dentist I've been to. Two cavities were never filled, I can see them in my front teeth whenever I look in the mirror. I have since subscribed to Angie's list, and found several better dentists that are much closer to my house and easier to get to. I was also billed an outrageous amount for 3 fillings that were of awful quality. I went there in 2009 and never again. Strange thing is - they were recommended to me by a coworker. Wonder what she saw in them!
