The therapist should cover whole of your body and concentrate on your pain points. Massage should have a relaxing effect and an instant relief in body-aches. I don't like therapist talking constantly during message. The massage pressure should be controlled either hard or gentle, but I hate when you ask for a hard massage and therapist just elbow your back for whole of the time. So Kelly's spa met all my expectations without saying. The therapist are professional and they will understand your pain area and cover your whole body from head to toe including hand and legs, giving a special treatment to your pain area, for me it was shoulders and neck. The therapist also applied soothing balm, which gave me more relief. I felt like sleeping on the table. There is nothing to complain about. Totally worth the money, infact the place is reasonably priced or say a steal-deal, compared to other useless spas.

At this point I have to admit that I'm getting a little confused about which one is which as they are all starting to look very similar. To add to the confusion, some of the staff move around so if you find someone you would like to use again, you need to ask for their card and contact. They sometimes work at one spa, and then move to a different one in the area so you need to ask for their availably and not assume anything. As well, their business cards may be from another spa, and not the one you were in. And since their technique and training vary widely, it helps to know what you're in for. The reflexology was done in the massage room, which wasn't quite as good since she skipped the soaking in hot water part, which is good in that there's more time for massage, but bad in that the soaking seems to help relax your feet and feels great! Ask about the soaking when you put in your order as you can choose to have the feet first, or vice versa. And ask if they include soaking in the procedure. Nice spot in the north strip of Chinatown!

He said it was okay, not the best I had the Swedish, which I found uncomfortable. The therapist had long nails and kept on sliding his nails up and down my back actually making me feel tighter in the back as it was a bit uncomfortable. He also was very fast in his technique, with didn't loosen any of my tight muscles. He did try want to work together and do what I liked... but unfortunately when the technique isn't there, it's hard to explain what you want. And the worse part of the massage was that he used a scented oil on me that overwhelmed my scenes. I left there uptight and congested. I don't I would try this place again.

Everything is customizable as per your needs, like the pressure, pain points, area to be covered, kind of massage etc. I am a chronic migraine patient, i have tried many other places and physiotherapists when I have the migraine attack. None of them were helpful in pain relief but now I know where to go for immediate and effective outcome. They work magic in me. I went upstairs to check in, and they led me downstairs, which was quiet and appeared to be an overflow area for when it was too busy upstairs. Lily was ok with English, and quite skilled too. I now know to ask for the pressure at the beginning if they don't ask, and she was good with heavy pressure, although not quite as intense as at XiangXiang. She also seemed to know where to apply pressure that would do the most good for me. I found that a good masseuse will know where the pressure is needed, without having to ask. The pacing was pretty good, although she was interrupted a couple times with admin but given how busy it was, it seemed not overly disruptive. She also seemed to have her eye on a surveillance monitor which was in the room, allowing them to keep watch on several different areas of the business. I haven't seen this anywhere else, but was understandable with how intense this place can get. I see that Yelp lists them as open until 10:30 pm which is at least an hour later than anywhere else, although I didn't confirm the hours during my visit. Overall a great experience and I will consider them in my top tier.

We both have coverage through benefit plans and paid a $25 premium for an RMT massage. King Thai Massage did not mention that they would not be covered by SunLife and when my husband put the claim in through later that night it was rejected as King Thai Massage is a delisted provider. I am now out $60 on something I assumed would be 100% covered. I requested some accommodation by just refunding me the $25 RMT premium and the location refused. Needless to say I will never go back and I hope to warn others ahead of time as well.
