You must have a click to cancel option and you do not. When you click to cancel you get this little note saying that you must come in person or do it in writing. I will include a screen shot. BESIDES the fact that I have done that TWICE already and I am still getting charged. This has been going on for several MONTHS. Not only have I cancelled, but I have also been promised a refund for all of the months that they kept charging me AFTER cancellation and received NOTHING in additiopn to getting charged more. ENOUGH! END MY MEMBERSHIP NOW AND REFUND ME. BTW I will also be there in person. It was past closing and I was in the locker room and I felt so bad for those employees that were being yelled at. I was uncomfortable to leave the locker room and my husband offered to walk the woman employee to her car. She looked scared but handled it very professionally. She even offered to walk us to our car but we left reallll fast. We offered to call the police but she said the manager will handle it. Both of the employees handled it better than I would've!! Please keep your workers and other customers safe!

There was only a few minutes' wait to use the weight machines, but no wait time was needed for the treadmills and bikes. Members re-racked the free weights, but few wiped off the treadmills, bikes and other cardio equipment after use. Although there were quite a few people, the environment was quiet, which facilitated a peaceful workout. The place is well kept because the floors are clean, from the work out area to the locker room. The location is perfect because it is next to a shopping center and is right off one of the Sunrise Highway exits. I will be back!

The class went by quickly. There were stations set up and we rould complete 4 sets in each station. The exercises were demonstrated on tv screens throughout the gym. The class felt manageable due to the circuit set up and the quick rotations. You're able to customize your workout by selecting the amount of weight you use and/or by selecting to focus on upper,lower body or a mix of the both. Today it was a strength training class, other days of the week they offer cardio and hybrid sessions. I really enjoyed my workout. It had been a while I felt tired but in a good way from a workout. The movements are definitely functional and effective.

There never seems to be downed equipment either which is a huge plus and with 3-4 each of squat racks and benches, waiting for either is easier than some other gyms. I do wish hand hygiene and equipment sanitization were enforced more often among patrons, but that's a tall order I suppose. No further complaints though after the few months I've been here.

Unfortunately, this location seems stuck in time. The machines are old. The locker room had several lockers broken with no doors. The sauna which is why I used to love Lafitness is out of service. It just had this gloomy vibe to it and seemed there was a general lack of care for the maintenance of facilities. I think for me the search for a local gym continues.

Machines are constantly broken and don't even have signs up to warn the customers. Wouldn't recommend this gym to my worst enemy.
