The free weight area is very small - maybe 2-3 benches & minimal mirror space. They do have a wide range of free weights. The pool is nice. They have a slide. They have different sections of the pool. During the right time of day it is nicely shaded by the trees. The service is dependent on who you get. You have a great experience or an "alright" experience. Is this a facility that deals with a wide range of age - which is great in most cases. I did have on experience that was no pleasant in my opinion. I asked the front desk "Where is the women's locker room?" The guy followed that question with "How old are you? *laughs* 17?" I replied with "I am 20 years old & where is the women's locker room?" I feel like that was a rude & condescending comment. I asked where the women's locker room is. Not to be laughed at and assumed to be under 18. I think laughing at me and assuming I was under age was unnecessary. Instead if he thought I was underage he could have just said the women's locker room is .... and we also have a girls locker room here ... But for the most part this is a nice family friendly place!

She's a great coach; kept me on track, always cheerful, positive, and motivating. This became something to look forward to, instead of dreading it, making it very helpful in meeting my goals. Membership here does require a long-term commitment and swimming around full team schedules. I like the personal feel of the gym; the lap pool is warm enough for me; and the outdoor area is GREAT for families. It's not a new facility, but the equipment is well maintained and there are a variety of exercise classes.

That basically have to pay almost $1,000 for their membership and the about $54 to $200 a month in addition to. They don't just allow people to just sign up and pay per water aerobics classes package or per class. I am trying to find places close to home that do indoor and outdoor water aerobics to be active. And not having luck. But don't go to Granite Falls Swim & Athletics in Rolesville! What a joke and way too expensive!!

Pool admission is just 1 Buck for the young and 3 Bucks for the not so young. The Lifeguards are always on duty.

Anne was quick to respond to our needs (table numbers, chairs, and kitchen use) and everything was all ready for us! There was plenty of space for families to enjoy dinner and for kids to have fun celebrating awards. The kitchen and side room were perfect areas for our caterer to set up food and drinks and everything stayed warm and fresh with the fridge and oven. The stage was a great place to have trophies and special awards given out and display our photo slideshow from the season on the wall behind the stage. Plenty of electrical outlets too! You could tell the kids felt so special. The night was perfect and the space was perfect. Couldn't have asked for better service from the rental manager or a better, budget friendly space. We have already booked for next year again!

It's pretty small, there's…read moreno deep water, so no diving or slides, no lanes to swim in, and no shade other than some umbrellas, no shade at all over the water. Can be extremely crowded on weekends and during the summer when kids are out of school, with no adult-only swim times, and no lifeguard on duty. So a bit of a perk if you live there, but tends to be mostly used by families with kids, that are happy just splashing around and playing in the water.
