They do not offer child care/watch....yet so if you require that I can't knock you for going somewhere else but if you don't need it I can't think of a reason not to join.

I had several conversations by phone with the manager Damian to ensure it was canceled, and he said he'd call me back after escalating to his boss, but I never heard back. And then of course there was a charge on my statement. Either deceptive/scam tactics, or incompetent staff.

I love how this gym is bright, clean, and open compared to other places I've worked out in the past. Group classes keep me motivated and the HIIT class is awesome. Dakota does a great job challenging and encouraging everyone. He gets to know everyone individually and helps modify the exercises if needed. I definitely recommend working with him as a personal trainer or trying out the HIIT class. There are also fun events and challenges they do at the gym and around town, they stay active in the community! Also they have a mini fridge with cold brew and other goodies from Crescendo coffee which I absolutely LOVE. Can't recommend this place enough.

Melissa was a gracious host for the event to open her studio up for 20+ of us on this chilly evening. It was a very nice intro to boxing; she demonstrated basic moves and we got to try many different aspects of boxing in rotation so you never felt bored with the same jabbing motions. We did speed bags, workout drills, and even got to go in the boxing ring. The music they were pumping were a mix of EDM and hip-hop which motivated you during the entire event. Great place to break a sweat, make an intro into boxing, or if you're looking for a group workout.

I love the HIIT style and the constant movement and the flexibility to modify your movements throughout the class, the short 35 minute classes with optional cool down is perfect for my busy life. I've become friends with just about all the coaches and now have a group of friends where we call it our Basecamp Saturday... Basecamp and coffee or brunch afterwards. Can't beat it!

They have a special of 2 6-week sessions for $140 so it's a pretty good deal. This class definitely helps you be more comfortable in your own skin and become more confident. I could see that in myself and in a lot of the other women in the class. The studio itself is one big room with 8(?) poles evenly spaced from one another. The mirrors are a little wonky so sometimes is hard to see yourself. There are changing rooms before you walk into the big room and a bathroom on the very opposite side of the entrance. No outdoor shoes in side and you can be barefoot or in socks while in class. The 1 hour classes would start with check-in (which sometimes took longer than needed) and about 5-10 minutes of stretching. We would then go over what we learned the week before and learn 2-3 new spins and a sequence of lap/floor/chair moves and then the last 5 min or cleaning your pole and stretching. Our instructor Melissa was great. Really friendly, super knowledgeable about all the moves. 1 hour to practice and then remember was really difficult for me though. I felt like it was not enough time to really perfect the move and grasp the choreography. I'm a perfectionist and wanted to practice it until I got it down. We learned a routine on the last session but I feel like it would be fun to learn a routine at the end of the every class or do like a routine add on with each class so that you could keep re-practice the moves week by week. They do have open pole hour for you to come in and practice but they're right at 5 or 6pm. Right now during Covid-19, they are offering virtual donation-based classes which is great for those lap/chair moves! I'm excited to start Pole 2 and keep honing in my skills!

Visiting my sister from out of state. Never been bouldering or climbing before; my sister has a…read moremembership here. So I can't tell you about memberships but I can tell you they allow for guests to stop in for a day pass (was free for me today). They had equipment for me to use (harness and shoes). I expected the safety form which was easy to do on site, electronically. Staff run you through a safety briefing and then I was set to go. I was able to try the 40 foot wall (I didn't make it to the top), and a couple lines of bouldering. They had a unisex bathroom which was clean, a gym with weights around the corner (decent), and a sink to wash your hands when you were all done. Overall I was happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of their staff and was amazed at all of the different varieties of the courses. Now my forearms are on fire and I can't open this jar of pickles. I'll have to look for a bouldering gym in my area when I fly home.

It's generally not crowded so you're able to find the equipment you want to use for your workout without waiting. The staff are super friendly and overall it's a great atmosphere for a quick session. Only critique is I wish there was a bench press/stand alone barbell that wasn't a part of the smith machine.

This place was well lit and clean. They seem to place high importance in keeping their equipment wiped down as each machine had its own bottle of cleaner. I'm guessing they read the past reviews and stepped up their game. There were ample lockers, and bathrooms. The entrance was a tad difficult to spot as the address is Segoe Street but the entrance was a bit up on Frey. This location is much nicer than either of the larger east, west, or Fitchburg gyms, with up to date equipment. I'm a third shifter, so I was there from 3-4:30am.
