Our daughter ended up needing a bit more help with attention/focus and adjusting to the classroom setting. Her teacher poured her heart and energy into helping her succeed. She has since had 4 wonderful teachers who have helped tremendously! Our son started in the early education program and is now in Kindergarten. Their own words "they took more than they could handle" and I need to contact another contractor to finish the job. They would often refer unfinished projects to another company and that company reached out and wouldn't complete it since my residence is in Rochester and they are based on the city. Said company confirmed that often Service Restoration takes numerous projects and end up pushing the rest of the projects to them. Very unfortunate and frustrating. The company lacks professionalism and commitment.
