But, Mr. Short, NEVER called, and wouldn't even return my calls(!). Upon our return from Florida in June, I tried again numerous times to contact Mr. Short - but he would NOT return my calls. In thinking back, this could be because he'd determined that my wife and I aren't Christians. In any case, he would not call me back. So I had to go back to Whirlpool, and beg them to reinstate my now expired warranty (which they did - good company). They again scheduled me with Short's Services, and guess what? He was a no-show.
