Be smart about who you give your business to: This company has an F rating on the BBB. Also, any time someone calls you to tell you about one-day promotion, call their bluff. There is no such thing as a one day promotion. I am in sales, if they can afford to do business at that discount for one day, they can afford to do it for the other 364 days a year. This company was sold my information through Festiva resorts (which btw has sold my info to 4 similar companies.) The women gets on the phone (Tiki Moss, Employee ID: 3751) "hey girl, check all this out, I'm so excited to give this to you" very scripted. She also said she was a manager with the call center and able to give me an upgrade for my selection. I told her at the beginning of the call that I don't make any large decisions without due diligence and research and at the end of the call she asked "will you be paying with a Visa, Mastercard or Discover" when I asked whether she heard me at the beginning of the call she said, yes but this is a one-day promotion. When I said a one-day promotion can be reserved to allow someone time to research, she got very defensive and aggressive. When I pointed out that she had a Better Business Bureau rating of an "F" she said well, you have to pay to be on there. Well my company doesn't pay and we still have an A rating. She then proceeded to say, well let's not waste each other's time. She obviously didn't want to speak to someone who is not easily tricked into giving their money out without question and additional information. read more

OkAy here's my update after taking my "initial" vacation to Vegas. Accommodations were "okay" but the timeshare presentation was like 3 hours! The hotel did provide a meal but it surly felt like a full day event! I'll be contacting them (YN) again to book my additional trips now to try and get my desired dates! Wish me luck! read more

They booked my trip to redeem certificates back to back, I booked my flight base on this, after the 1st 4 days 3 nights I find out that I have no booking at all, after hours of calling, they sent me to OFF site website to do the booking, and I have to wait 30 days to activate the certificates. Bought package more than a year ago, using for the first time in April 2019. the customer service of YN travel is a joke. The travel coordinator Christina, and her manager Jessica were amazingly rude, and called me a liar within 60 seconds of being on the phone after a reservation was made incorrectly. Jessica refused to take an complaint against Christina, and Jessica said that she is the highest person at YN travel, but she's a manager who sounds like she's in her 20's. I've paid more than $300 in additional room fees that were supposedly included as part of this package, and we'll have to pay more to extend my stay by one day. Please beware: this company is extremely unhelpful, you will pay much more than the packages they sell, and the resorts are not very nice. I'm also familiar with the resort to which they would travel in Gatlinburg Tennessee, and it's not good. If you are considering traveling and purchasing atay packages please please consider a more reputable company. Do not use YN Travel. They call me for a credit which I don't remember, and said that they can offer a travel package for me. While I provide my info, they said they package will be send and I owe them $400 or something. I stop them immediately and ask for more detail. The rep forwards me to a guy who present to be the manager. That manager is really pushy and want me to make decision right away. I told him I need more info so he gave me their name as Ny travel. Thanks for the review here, I told him their reputation is not that good online and then the guy hang up immediately. I don't know what will happen if I agree with them about the package, but seems that it might not be a good experience. So if you receive their call, don't waste time on it. read more

My 87 year old mother was coerced into buying a travel plan. I think she mentioned it once and never mentioned it again until about two weeks ago. It seems the plan she purchased had expired and required cad $400 to reactivate it. Mom told them she wanted the plan transferred to me. When representatives started calling me they were incredibly loud, rude and tried to put a pile of pressure on me to pony up the $400. Whenever I tried to speak they interrupted and one rep even said "I don't care what you do, I get paid anyway" then hung up on me when I suggested this was a poor example of customer service. Probably one of the worst companies I have every had the misfortune of having to deal with. read more

I got a call from YN Travel stating I had an expired vacation package. They said if I didn't update this package my credit card on file would be charged the $2000 original value of said expired package. I didn't give them a chance to state the new charges. Horrible service. They misrepresent the package being sold. During my purchase I informed the rep that the family package would need to include two bedrooms and was told it does and to make sure to let the reservation team know as well. Now that I booked the reservation I am told only one bedroom vacations is provided and I would need to see if the hotel can accommodate. The hotel told me after several calls that I would get a two bed but call back a week before arrival date. I called and of course there was no notes on my call and they advised I would need to see if they can accommodate when I arrive at hotel. It is unfortunate that I am traveling from out of state on a holiday weekend and won't know if I had to the rooms required. Then I would need to book another hotel last minute which would be much higher. I am pissed that after several calls to YN Travel I continue to get a voicemail that no one returns the call. I told YN Travel two provide a refund and they refuse. I am fighting to get my money back for shitty service and lies they provided at the time of purchase. read more

First they call and explain you have a vacation deposit credit of $1000. In order to use the $1000 credit you must pony up another $400. I never had the $1000 credit. The premise is a shake down. The Mafia must hate this type of interference and shakedown. Tell ya what, let's split the $1000 credit 50-50. Send me $500. You can keep $500 as your finders fee. You got my address. He continued to talk about the credit and so I asked if there was a fee for the credit, which of course there was. I told him to take me off of their list and he still continue to try to persuade me. I was painfully misled and defrauded by the YN Travel sale team when I was contacted and informed that I had a credit of several hundred dollars that I would lose if I didn't take advantage of this great promotion now. OMG, I thought, this sounds amazing! So I paid $300 for the "promotional package" which only required a single 90 minute presentation at the Host Resort and I would receive 4 hotel vouchers for Westgate or Festiva hotels! They promised this is legit because they only wanted "positive feedback". Well, the irony of this promise is that I went on the horrible timeshare presentation and stayed in an $89/night Sleep Inn at the "Host Resort" only to request the vouchers for these nice hotels and find out that the promises made to me were false and they couldn't guarantee anything because it's all outsourced, so they essentially said the lies I was told to get me to buy this crap aren't their problem! This is not a deal or promotion at all - just a scam. Don't buy if you are checking them out. AVOID at all costs and just travel on your own to the city of your choice. And they clearly do not care if they get negative feedback because I contacted their Customer Service and left a complain email, and guess what? No one got back to me. Big surprise there. It is very difficult. This is the 2nd or 3rd time they have called me about this credit on my account. I do not remember having a credit with them from 2011. I have never travelled with them. When they called and were pushy I told them I had been scammed before and was hesitant. He told me that the package was only good for the duration of the call. I told him My computer was getting fixed and I had no credit card or bank card on me because they had been cancelled because of fraud. He offered me a reduced price and 3 vacations for $375.00. He said to go to the bank and get a prepaid credit card and call them back right away. I have never heard of them and I think that if I had purchased something from them before and never used it then I would have remembered it and been sure to use it. read more

I got a call out to the blue from them. They said I had an expired account and a credit. I asked Who and how much the expired account was from, they could not tell me either. They said they could give me 3 new vacation (I already paid for 4), for a fee of 298.00 with the credit (even though they could not tell me how much the credit was). They went over the terms and conditions. I said I liked the idea, but wanted to talk it over. I was told they sometimes put contracts like these on hold for 1-2 days. She went to get manager approval on the hold. The manager came back and was very pushy and said the offer was only good for the duration of the call.
