Each serve comes with a wafer and the option to have it covered in white or dark chocolate from the fountains, which then goes hard. Yes! Like Ice Magic! Sure. The coffee (like any coffee in Australia) was amazing. I came for the pavlova at every chance I got, and they did not fail to make us a perfectly crafted pavlova every time. My daughter got their macha cake and was loving that as well. I was in New Zealand a few weeks prior and was told that pavlova is a dessert that New Zealand also claimed to be its own, but I only found it in one place, in donut form. Once I got to Australia, I was able to get pavlova everywhere, but this place has it down to a science.
