It was sleeting and I damn near had a wreck getting there but still arrived at 2:19. I get out and go to the door and it's locked and nobody is there. I texted her after she sent this whole spill about how she likes to make sure people are really coming before she fired up there that I have 2 businesses and would never leave my clients waiting. She then called me with an attitude and said I'm giving her a hard time and not being understanding. She was really upset about me telling her that I had a business. She kept saying with an attitude " I dont care that you have a business" and she then stated I was trying to tell her how to run her business. She kept saying that over and over and It was honestly like she was jealous that I said that I have an Airbnb. It was very weird ! I'm not sure what I should have understood from this?? That you're sitting home instead of being at your shop during business hours?? She basically wants you to let her know you're on your way so that you will have to wait on her instead of her waiting on you which is totally unprofessional and wrong. She took no accountability at all, didn't apologize was extremely argumentative and she claims she got there at 2:40 but I know she's lying! She took a picture of her in truck parked in front of her shop and it was after 3pm. This woman texted me back and forth arguing for over 30 minutes. She then tried to tell me my appointment was for 2:30 though her confirmation text clearly states 2:20. She was very late and did not apologize not one time she just kept going on and on about how I mentioned that I have a business and an Airbnb and that I was trying to tell her how to run her business. It's truly sad to be treated so bad and to be blamed for the horrible treatment like I did it to myself. Absolutely no accountability was taken. As you can see from the screenshots at 3:06 she was still driving and didn't arrive until 3:13 pm almost an hour after my appointment time. She basically just lied the whole time. When she called she was so rude that I told her I was leaving a review EVERYWHERE that I could about this horrible and unprofessional experience!!

I don't even know who did my eyelashes at this location, because she never told me her name. I…read moreshould have trusted my gut the first time I went. She was critical of my sparse eyelashes, accused me of having bad extensions before, and repeatedly questioned me about my hair and eyebrows and who had 'done' them. She never discussed options with me, and the only question she asked was how long I wanted them. I told her I was relatively new to the process, and had only done them the one time before...by her, at this location a few months prior. I didn't want them to be too long, and they were. She said that next time I would need to tell her what 'number' I wanted...like I should know what the numbers are. All in all, she wasn't pleasant and griped at me throughout the process. I came from work and still had some lingering mascara on, which made her angry. She jabbed at my eyelashes with tweezers to remove it, and told me that she would charge $25 to remove it next time. She even saved the tissue to prove to me that she removed mascara. My eyelash extensions are now clumped together with blobs of glue, and are ripping off my own eyelashes as a result. If you are experienced with having lash extensions, and you want them cheap and fast, maybe you would have a better experience here. If you are new to the process, go somewhere with better customer service and technique.
