Here is what happens every single visit: staff confirms my available credits at check-in, I receive my service, and at checkout I am told they do not know how to apply the credits. The manager is messaged and I leave without a resolution, every time. I have reached out following multiple visits and have not received a single response. This is not a one-time miscommunication. This is a repeated pattern of collecting monthly membership fees while consistently failing to honor what those fees cover. I have full documentation of every charge, every visit, and every unanswered follow-up. I would like this resolved.

Alex is full of energy, with a great personality. Although she has quite an impressive portfolio, she was not pretentious at all and was very easy to talk to. Look through her "before" and "after" shots because you can see the dramatic transformation that she is able to accomplish without ever making you look "overdone". I looked and felt like a million bucks and really hated to wash my face/hair, later that night. The day of my wedding I was certainly feeling the pressure and stress and I love that Alessandra took the time to help me relax by giving me a few words of wisdom about enjoying the day and cleared my head. She expertly and efficiently did not only my hair and make-up but the hair and make-up for my mom, and two sisters - who can be quite picky- all within a tight timeframe. She made us all look like our very best selves...We all got tons of compliments and the pictures are great because of her flawless work. Considering the outrageous prices other makeup artists charge for "bridal" makeup, I think Alessandra's pricing is extremely reasonable, right in the middle range. Something important to consider when reviewing your budget is that most stylists I read about online DON'T do both hair and make-up so you're stuck paying for a minimum of 2 people for the separate services. Alex, however, does both, or finds you a hair stylist at no extra cost. In the end, Alessandra's work was well worth every penny. And her facials - WOW! She uses a great product line - PCA Skin. I've already seen the difference in my skin.
