Not only was his painting job great, he actually helped me with several other items I was trying to tackle by myself such as caulking the kitchen counter, fixing a light switch, and even patching a cracked cement in the drive way... all this for a very reasonable fee. Seong is one of those rare breed of people who has a big heart and is out to help people in need. If I can rate his service more than 5 Stars, I would definitely do it because he 100% deserves it

Coordinating multiple estimates at once isn't a luxury for us, it's a necessity. At no point did Seong mention that he has an issue with clients getting more than one quote. Instead of being upfront about his "one-contractor only" expectation, he chose to waste our time and walk away on the spot. It came across as unprofessional, inflexible, and dismissive of our situation. If you consider hiring Seong, make sure you ask very clearly about his attitude toward competing bids and your time. Based on our experience, I would not rely on him for anything that requires basic respect, communication, or professionalism.

Talked to Kyle on the phone and he promptly came over to give me a quote. Price was very competitive and assigned Sergio to start the following week. The work involved painting 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, dining area, ceiling, doors and kitchen cabinet which took about 4-5 days to complete. Since we were replacing the carpet, we saved time on prep work and used it as a drop cloth. Sergio did a great job patching holes on wall and repairing popcorn ceiling bubbling up from the paint sprayer. I work all day so I can only check the progress and status after work. Whenever I discovered any imperfections or unfinished areas, I would inform Kyle via text and next day Sergio was already working on it. Love prompt, efficient and professional service. We are very pleased with their work and would likely use them again for any future painting project.

The consistent ease of communication with Mike via text regarding all work is truly next-level. I've never had an easier time working with someone. That's the part I don't know how to put into words. And then in addition to the communication, the quality of work Panther offers is extremely high. They can do so much more outside of just painting! I had an exterior door frame issue that multiple contractors had tried to address, and Panther was the only one who actually fixed the problem. The quality of their work both aesthetically and functionally is top-notch. I have some smaller projects I didn't hire them for because they are more expensive, and sometimes I just need cheaper relief less perfection, but the reason they're more expensive is because of their perfect quality. I'm to the point now where no matter what the project, even if I'm not sure it's something they can do or not, I check in with them first to see if it's something I can hire them for. Seriously, I don't know how Mike can communicate so easily and gracefully. That's so uncommon for contractors. Even the best ones don't do it as well as he does. I still don't have words for it, other than to give a huge thank you.

They really do care a lot about their work and make sure it's quality. Not only that, they are able to finish it in a timely manner. Several handymen and contractors told me my door was basically shot and would need to be replaced. Not true. Owen took one look and knew immediately what the issue was. He repaired everything in about an hour and a half, doing detailed, thorough work--fixing the sliding glass door, track, and handle (which had come loose from how difficult the door was to open and close), and even repairing the adjacent screen door, which we were convinced would also need to be replaced. The cost to patch it up didn't make sense financially, so I decided to get quotes to build an entirely new one. Got the usual four estimates from various construction companies. A couple of them went way over than what I had budgeted for, and the remaining two were neck-and-neck. I went with Coronado because their common-sense approach and presentation gave me a lot of confidence in working with them. Sergio, who drafted the estimate, actually presented a much better option than a wooden deck: a concrete patio. That made a lot more sense to me as I wouldn't have to worry too much about maintenance. He also worked up some renderings of what the finished product would look like, and that pretty much sold it for me (along with the very reasonable estimate). The whole project took a few weeks, from the demo of the old deck to the concrete pouring, and all throughout, Sergio made himself available to any questions or concerns that I had. Additionally, his business is family-run, so I got to meet his father, his brother, and some of his other relatives who came down to work on the project. They were all courteous, professional, and competent. There were some minor fixes (some being electrical) that adjusted the original estimate a bit, but those made sense to me and were quite reasonable as well. Finding an honest, hard-working, and reliable general contractor can be difficult. Make it easy for yourseld and give Coronado Construction a try!

I'm beyond impressed with the drywall repair I received today! The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the level of care and precision he put into the work. He arrived right on time, looked over the damage, and immediately got to work. The repair itself was done quickly, but with real attention to detail. The finish is so smooth and perfectly blended that you would never guess there had ever been a hole there at all. He kept the workspace clean, protected the surrounding area, and made sure everything looked spotless before he left. He gave me a receipt from Home Depot that had a grinder and two grinding wheels. He wanted me to pay for the tools. He did not think I could not read a Home Depot receipt. He was the fool. He was incredibly communicative and gave us a precious appointment time (yes!) and made us feel very comfortable knowing he'd be able to fix our issue. It's such a good feeling to look at the dyer he fixed the next morning and know there are no more issues! He's such a genuinely nice human - don't think twice about working with him!
