Without any warning, we were slapped with almost $3000 deferred interest at 30% when the promotion ended. We called to see if we could just pay off our remaining original balance that day, but were told no. We also were told that we weren't even supposed to get that promotion and that maybe they could half the deferred interest for us. After that, my husband continued to call and eventually stopped getting a hold of people. So basically we were forced to pay another 3 grand on floors in a home we don't even live in anymore. They were unwilling to help or work with us. We will not being using them again. Go somewhere else. I don't like going with big box stores but we went with Home Depot for our flooring this time and were much more impressed.

First I want to say the granite we picked out was BEAUTIFUL!…read more However, everything else (CUSTOMER SERVICE) was horrible. They told us to pick the area we wanted for the island. The did not cut the direction we wanted so that put everything in the kitchen granite running different than we said. (language barrier maybe?? ) That made us have to change our backsplash because of the clashing patterns. Our appointment time was set in the books for 2 weeks. I took the day off work. our 930 appointment came and went - they showed up after 2 pm that day. I even drove to their building at noon because nobody was answering my calls or emails. Dave the Owner shrugged his shoulders and asked what we wanted him to do about it he had people out sick. I said "A courtesy phone call would of went a LONG ways!" Mid American Granite & Stone had to come out a couple times to make things right; from not having rounded corner on one of the edges, to a broken piece of granite and the sink was not set down property in the hole they digitally scanned our kitchen for (and in trying to make right they damaged our brand new kitchen sink and they cut and destroyed the entire left side of the sink cabinet.) They never asked if they could cut they just did. They never call or text they just show up even though I had several text saying they would call first. They were ALWAYS late and I never got a phone call. Having them come out to fix issues caused us more problems/damages not to mention sloppy silicone job that is all over the new sink. We have made agreement on fixing price to help make things right. I just wanted to put review for anyone that is reading this about our experience. The pre purchase experience is wonderful. but once you give them money they forget the customer service!!!

I first requested an estimate in June. Since then, it's been one delay after another. Evan Overton…read morerepeatedly missed appointments and promised next steps that never happened. When insurance initially denied the claim, I was told a reinspection would be handled. Instead, it was rescheduled over and over with different excuses. When they finally came out, they showed up without the right ladder and said they'd rely on the original photos anyway. I called the office hoping to work with someone else, but no follow-up there either. As of 10/13, I was told new photos would be submitted for another reinspection. Still nothing. It's been months with zero real progress. Very disappointing experience. I still have roof samples and your sign Lee's roofing !
