We requested a quote over a month ago and their schedule was about a month out, which was today. Yesterday we received a text and an email reminding us of our appointment and that they would be here at 8 am. At 9 am we sent them a text and then an email about 9:15. We finally received a phone call about 9:45 saying they had truck issues, but they were still coming. At that point we told them don't bother. We hung up and immediately noticed in our back yard 2 people (from Yoder's) were in our back yard. After chatting with them we were told they had been scheduled for 2 jobs today at 8 am. Mind you no one bothered to call us and tell us they had double booked their crew (we would have understood realizing mistakes happen). No communication with us about the mix-up and why when they finally called us, did they feel the need to lie to us about the truck issues? They lost all our trust. read more

Recently CJ's Tree Service was experiencing mechanical difficulties with one of their trucks that progressed throughout the remainder of the workweek... therefore, as the difficulty required longer than anticipated to resolve, CJ requested the Yoder's Grappling Service come by & remove the significant detritus in front yard from the trimming of two fifty plus year old Banyan trees in the backyard... First, let me say we used Andrew right after the hurricane as did a couple of my neighbors. He did an awesome job however, not this time. I had two cancellations after he was supposed to be here and one no-show. I text him he had every excuse under the book Said he was sorry promised he would call me and give me a time when he could come over. That was two days ago. One call and they were on the job. They actually answered their phone and return calls right away. They showed up on time and worked all day until the job was complete. Cleaned up and the price was good for 5 Palms and two were completely removed. Andrew was awesome and polite, and he worked till his shirt was completely soaked.
