Christine starts the class by asking everyone what they need today and customized the yoga routine based on the participants answers. She sets the mood with soft rock. "Imagine" from the Beatles. She instructs us through the moves and provides beginners,intermediate and advance positions as options to accommodate the various skill levels of the participants in the class. I found the class to be both challenging and relaxing. Satya offered a deal of unlimited yoga for a month for new customers. I decided to give it a try. I have taken two classes so far and really enjoyed it. I hope to try a couple of other classes they offer before my month is over to get to know the other instructors and to decide which classes I like best.

Started a beginner's Level 1 class several weeks ago. It is great! Not only am I learning how to…read morebreath and learning different yoga poses, I am learning about the history of yoga, the meaning behind certain poses, and a bunch of other helpful information to get the most out of the yoga experience. I have started other yoga programs before, but this is the only one I stuck with! The Level 1 is great for anyone who is interested in yoga (whether you have never done it before or used to practice a long time ago). The owner and instructor, Brooke, is very knowledgeable and personable. She welcomes questions and really individualizes each session to the students who are present. I am learning how to incorporate the practice of yoga into my every day life to be more present and less stressed.

I prefer a quieter experience when I enter my yoga space, but that's me. The class itself was hatha so I wasn't expecting an experience where i would be dripping sweat, but this was a very gentle class...yes you can deepen the postures as you need to, but that was challenging when there were so many people in the class that we had little room to accommodate. There is a really beautiful alter that adds a lot to the atmosphere, along with plenty of props for use. There was restrooms and changing areas available as well.

The teachers are caring and knowledgeable and the staff will help you if you are new to yoga. I recently got back into it this summer and they have been unbelievable helpful in transforming my body, I go to three classes a week and not only are they beyond reasonable for yoga, money-wise, but I already see my abs and triceps developing. My posture is better and thanks to arch supports and these class I no longer have back pain.

The grounds are beautiful, the studio is peaceful, warm, and relaxing, but the classes range from relaxing and meditative to more challenging and fast paced. Some classes are more about the theory of yoga and some are more about the physical practice. There really is something for everyone.
